Practice safe charging - block data
They work great! we use them in a car which gets confused as to which phone to talk to when both are plugged in -it's easier than going through the menus to change phones. It's also good to use when plugging into an unknown USB to charge - it makes sure that your phone isn't compromised either accidentally or on purpose.

Data blockers
These are as advertised. They work flawlessly and are plug and play. Great little added protection.

Please please please Protect your Personal Data!
Not only are these ADORABLE, but nowadays they can be a life-saver in a pinch. Keep a few in your bag or purse so that they are with you when you travel. They are so small in fact, I wouldn't doubt if some folks could keep one in their wallet comfortably. If you fly a lot you should absolutely invest in these. Public chargers, while convenient, are a breeding ground for malicious hacking activity. When you plug your phone into something, it could potentially be transferring your data as well! These adapters prevent that, essentially dumbing down the cable so that it can only pass power through, not any data. This allows you to get the charge you want without the risk of data theft. If you are smart enough to not plug into those public chargers and instead carry your own, these are still handy for troubleshooting, or even to loan out to the person sitting next to you if they are unaware of the dangers posed. Ultimately I will be buying more of these to keep on hand for this purpose.

Blocks all digital signals so it only supports charging at 5v 2.1amps
The adapter does block all digital signals. That means it blocks the handshake for USB-C PD so when this is plugged in my iPhone 15Pro, it defaults to 5v 2.1amps for charging regardless of what charger is capable of. For a "charging only cable" this is super disappointing. I only use it on public USB ports when I have the time for a slow charge.

Good for UBS C cords
It's a very good item, just add it to the end of an UBS C cord that you have for your phones and plug it in

Tested to successfully stop data passing through but allowing power.
They do what they claim, allowing only charging and not data to pass through. But man they are small. That's both good and bad; good because they don't get in the way and can be used with my cell phone in a fairly basic case, but bad because they're so small they'll be easy to lose if just thrown into a travel bag.

Worked perfectly for me.
Was having trouble getting my car phone charger/holder to work using the factory usb ports. I had power but not enough to get the charger to actually charge my phone. These data blockers actually bypass the data lines of the port, which rob your accessories of extra power needed to charge and allow the port to pass its full voltage. The charge now works as it should. The vehicle .. a 2024 Chevy Colorado ZR2. If you’re having the same problem, try these, they work!

Didn't work for me
Didn't work. My phone charged at a trickle compared to the regular charging speed - about 25% of the regular speed.

La charge rapide fonctionne, l'ordinateur ne détecte pas le téléphone branché, c'est parfait !

Tested with cable tester and confirmed that it blocks out D+ and D- pins, only allows Gnd, vbus, and CC1/CC2 to pass through. Don't have any high speed transfer cables to test with though. All 24 pins on the male and female side of the data blockers are also present, so unless someone is willing to send a high-speed USB-C to USB-C cable my way, we will have to take the manufacturer's word for it. I also tested charging it up to 40W without any issues, although the data blocker did get slightly warm after 10mins. The metal enclosure helped in the heat dissipation. I guess the size is also made intentionally small so it can be kept together with any charging cable, but I personally would have preferred it to be bigger or have a loop I can attach a Keychain to so that I would misplace it easily.
