Very quiet sturdy stepper. This stepper is well worth the purchase. I bought this to incorporate in my work out routine. I use a treadmill 5x a week and using this will be such a huge benefit for me. The resistance bands are a great addition. However I did not realize how bad one knee was until using this stepper. I'm not giving up. I purchased a knee brace, sent it back just to bulky for me. I went with the knee compression sleeve, and I'm so hoping this will help. I tried it with decreasing the resistance (very easy to do) really seemed to help with the discomfort. I so want this great little machine in my routine. It was working muscles, I didn't know I had. I do give this 5 stars for the stepper as for my knee time will tell. Except for my knee, I highly recommend this. Update, The knee compression sleeve I purchased really helped with the discomfort in my knee, almost to the point I don't need it anymore. However, I found it easier do break up my 30 mins a day on the stepper in 3 intervals through out my day. Much more comfort for me. Working from home right by my desk it's the best!

This is s surprising workout! My hopes weren't high for a product at this price point, but I was pleasantly surprised. The pedals have a surprising amount of tension, so it truly is like walking up steps. There is a lip on the interior of the pedals, which helps keep your feet from slipping out while you're walking. It is well made and strong enough for a heavy person. It's super easy to use - just step on and start walking. I felt it in my thighs within just a couple of minutes of steps. The size is perfect and it slides right under the bed for easy storage.

When I can’t make it to the gym, this is so easy to pull out and use real quick for a good sweat. Similar to stairmaster/elliptical, but small, easy to store, lightweight. Was very easy to set up the first time, you can adjust it for different difficulty levels, and it really doesn’t make any noise when using!

I’m on my 30’s and regularly workout (weight lifting and walking 4+ miles a day). I was hoping to add this for home workouts to target a few other muscles since I don’t have an elliptical or stair stepper at home (I do them at the gym). I’ve had this thing for months trying to slowly increase from a few minutes a day to more and I should’ve returned it within the first month as the pain has never improved and I’ve never gotten past 10 minutes. I do NOT have knee problems, I’m a healthy weight, and workout regularly… I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone!

This is a great little stepper if you want something compact, and the stretch bands for your arms are an added bonus. However, if you have balance issues it might not be a good idea unless you place it near a wall so you can support yourself. I used it to keep myself in shape over the course of the bleak, icy Minnesota winter when walking just isn't safe. The app tracks your workouts, and if you have other Sunnyfit equipment (we have the smart scale) it tracks data from those as well.

Excellent product. Very well made and easy to use. You can definitely work up a sweat using this. Great exercises for both arms and legs.

Only good for 15 mins which is fine because I can’t step longer than that. Tension is good, easy to set up and use & not noisy. Gives a good workout. Good value for money.
