easy to assemble nice finish

It is a nice pool cue holder. However, the clips that hold the pool stick have cracked. Wonder how to obtain replacement pieces for this unit? UPDATE: The Seller sent additional clips at no charge. Seller also gave me a few extra in the event others crack. I am happy with this seller and product and would recommend that you buy!

You will be very happy with this rack with the exception of the clips breaking...almost immediately. That is the reason for not giving a 5-Star rating. You would think this should be an easy fix for the manufacturer. Where the clips are located the circumference of the cue stick is too large causing them to break after only a few uses. I have found an easy fix...a larger clip. The Big Size (Large) clips work very well. Unfortunately, I had to buy a package of 3 different size clips for $8.99. You really only want the Big Size Clips. I bought 3 packs of the clips since there are 6 clips on the rack and in case I needed a spare. Also, I didn't know how well or poorly the new clips would work. I would recommend buying two packages since you'll need 6. I don't think you will need many spares with the larger clip size.

Nicely built and finished rack at a great price. Was thinking of building my own until seeing this and glad the positive reviews were accurate. After reading the reviews on mounting, and seeing what was shipped, I decided to hard mount to the wall. If you measure the distance from the area just to left of the left upright to the area just to the right of the right upright you’ll discover it is 16 inches. First, I located two studs, sixteen inches apart and then removed the two triangular mounting loops on the horizontal cue bracket. Then I drilled a hole on both sides of the horizontal cue bracket between the cue holder clip and the right and left vertical bracket, 16 inches on center. I used 2, two inch drywall screws and a level to firmly mount it to the studs. The drywall screws are black and blend with the mahogany finish very well while being hidden by the cue and upright. It is tight enough that I didn’t need the little L brackets on the base. Very pleased and received compliments already on it’s appearance!

Bought this for my dad for Christmas, he loves it! Easy to put together, and fits everything well.

Easy to assemble. The ball rack was damaged. I sent some pictures and asked for a replacement part. I was offered a refund if I sent back, but I was isolating and unable to send back. I explained that I only needed the part, no refund, but the part wasn't offered. It's not the best quality and very expensive for what it is, but it does the job and was delivered quickly.

The rack is easy to assemble as it comes flat packed.unfortunately mine arrived damaged.I didn’t send it back I just glued it as it took a while for delivery.otherwise it looks nice and houses the cues and balls nicely
