Perfect batter every time
I have tried making my own batter for Friday night fish and chips (no decent chippie round here) but failed miserably. This batter mix is perfect. One tip: I use sparkling mineral water instead of beer and the end result is the same. Have bought again and again.

Whilst not EXACTLY like chip shop batter, it comes very close and we love it! Very easy to use,- and I'm not the world's best cook!

The flavor is fine, but I didn't realize I was ordering six boxes of it. That's a lifetime supply to me. Check carefully to make sure you're ordering the amount you really need.

I've been using a really great Fish & Chip batter called DIPT. It's always been a great choice. I saw this and all of the positive reviews and decided to try it and I was in amazement at the authentic quality. While I don't live in the UK, as an airline crew member, I often fly it and then get to experience frequent Fish & Chips when in London. This is as real, fresh, authentic and at perfection as a batter. It's also really from the UK. Keep it fairly thin when mixing the batter. You will need to adjust the seasoning as there is none really (Salt & Pepper will do fine as an additive). It would be a serious mistake not to use malt vinegar as well after the cooking. Fabulous product. One more time: FABULOUS!
