Common Mistakes at Proficiency...and How to Avoid Them

This book was a great help to me though explanations as sometimes a bit on the short side (look at a dictionary...) Obviously several subject will bear no problem but it still is a good thing to practise them once more. Took me about 30-45 min per chapter, and there are 9 of them.

As with the other books bought this is helpful in preparing for exams and highlights everyday mistakes that are made. A good and useful buy.

Very useful for the test. Not to the point as other publications (like "Grammar for CAE and Proficiency") but it is helpful anyway. At some stages of English you tend to think you're not commiting mistakes any more, but this book will proove you wrong!

I have had this book and another one: a book with previous exams commented - there are a lot of them around amazon. I read this one quite fast, it is a short but precious book. it helped me a lot during my exam. The exam itself is not so tough. It took me 2 weeks studying for it, preparing for the long 8-hours of exams [Be aware that the exam is changing its shape this year- 2013], but in the end i managed to pass on my first try. I am not sure if maybe i got lucky, but if you are confident with your skills, if you are capable of writing (i mean writing essays like in college) and if you can write/read a lot and fast - you have god chances with this exam. In the worst case scenario: this is exam is up every year. If you failed once, you can try the next year. Good luck!

Es delgado y pequeño pero me gusta mucho su contenido, creo que resuelve dudas que todos tenemos en algún momento. Me encanta poder resolver ejercicios en él. Me llegó en excelentes condiciones.

Das Buch "Cambridge Books for Cambridge Exams: Common mistakes at Proficiency ...and how to avoid them" ist sehr gut geeignet für die Vorbereitung auf den Cambridge CPE/C2 Test. Bei mir hat es geklappt.
