Best saw I’ve owned
Never heard of Bahco before, but read some reviews on here and decided to give it a go. I bought it to cut up some green 250x125 softwood sleepers, and wasn’t sure a handsaw would be up to the job - but this aced it. Stiffer and heavier material than most saws, feels very solid, but this kept it straight. Very sharp and accurate. Brilliant saw, highly recommended.

Perfect saw and an excellent price
Bought this as a gift. Although I was not familiar with the brand name I saw the other positive reviews and for the price thought it was worth a try. I am very pleased I did as the recipient of the gift was delighted and could not believe the quality of the saw for such an excellent price. He has so far only used the saw for a few small jobs, cutting MDF and pine but is confident the saw would be capable of bigger jobs. Highly recommend.

Cuts very cleanly for a coarse tipped saw.
Pleasantly surprised by how clean this cuts. I have found that the blade can feel a bit sticky when cutting some wood but a squirt of WD40 sorts that. Have cut a lot of rough wood and still razor sharp.

Quality saw well worth price.
Bought saw for garden project, was really good trimming decking posts (4x4), joists (6x2) and even sleepers.

Good cutter initially but sticks after heavy cutting
Initially extremely good cutting but after a heavy session of cutting down conifers the blade sticks a lot.

Sharp,strong easy to use
Very comfortable in the hand although I would prefer the saw to be wider at the point. Its main purpose is to cut timber and it does that very well

What a saw
Just one word for this saw "BRILLIANT" I've cut 15 sleepers in half and numerous angles on the full lengths. The saw cuts great and doesn't bend I was going to buy a large chop saw but I'm glad I never this saw will cut anything it's just a case of getting set up and get stuck in.
