Nice jack
Does the job with ease. Size is good for the cars I needed it for. Seems to be very durable and can lift a lot for being so small. Definitely recommend!

Good Jack for price
Solid Jack, lifts my Toyota rav 4 to a high enough elevation to change brakes and tires

An amazing product
Used it multiple times and it hasn't given me any problems . Used for prolonged times and no signs of it falling or giving up . Used this in my 2010 corolla for reference

Know your height needs!
The jack works great. Know your clearance needs! I wrongly assumed this would be adequate for a compact SUV. I literally need to take this to the absolute top of it's range. Barely high enough, but enough. No complaints about the performance, however.

Easy to control when you are lowering the car.
I'm no expert, but these are my impressions of the jack. It seems to be of good quality, although only time will tell. I really liked that it lowers the car slowly (the valve is smooth and easy to control), unlike others I've used where the valve is stiff and when you turn it you have to use a lot of force, and it ends up dropping the car. Although in the video I leave the tube and my hand on the valve and it seems like I'm still turning the valve while it lowers, in reality I just turned it a little and let my hand and the tube rest. (The noise is because it's an older car and the jack was a little sideways, which is why there are times when it seems like it stops lowering, but in reality it's just adjusting itself.) The car is not heavy, it's a Toyota Echo. Remember that it's a low-profile model designed for low cars. It came well packaged with no scratches. The handle doesn't rotate 360 degrees; it's straight. The lift arm is aligned (it looks symmetrical, there seems to be the same amount of space on both sides). I didn't have to add fluid or bleed it; I just took it out of the box and it worked perfectly. Always remember to use jack stands, even if the jack seems solid.

Well made!!!
Extremely heavy. I live on a dirt road and get flats often- wanted something easier than the tiny jack that came with my XXL Suv - this thing takes up a lot of room in the back -but to me it is worth it for the safety and time saved.

Great Floor Jack for Me
Just purchased and used once, but a great jack for a '19 Mustang (considerable clearance under the jack points) and it lifts sufficently to swap my winter & summer rims/tires. My only "beef" is a "nit", that the handle is short. This is a well engineered jack, with the short handle it is easy for almost anyone to pump. A longer handle would make usage easier -- and, yes, this is a nit. The shorter handle makes it easier, less expensive to ship and this was a fair price as well. This unit is considerably lighter than I expected, but seems to be very sturdy and I have high expectations for it lasting a decade or more.

Lifting up is passable, releasing is unacceptable for the price (edit: refund offered)
I've used this a couple times in my first couple days of owning the product for oil changes on my family's 2 SUVs. (~3500lbs each). Cranking the cars up required a lot more muscle than I'm used to needing on a hydraulic jack, but won't stop most able bodied users and would only merit maybe a 4 start review on its own. The remaining 2 stars I've taken off are for the terrible time the jack has letting weight down. In two cases when I lifted a car up, it got stuck under the pressure and I needed to use a lot of force (and WD-40, in one case) to twist the release valve to let the car back down. Such force made it impossible to twist it lightly so that the car could be lowered gently, and instead the car had to suddenly drop. Even when it didn't lock up and I was able to twist it gently, I still was not able to do so gently enough to ease the car down slowly. This is a major safety and quality failure. I would look elsewhere for a good value for the price range. Edit: 2->3 stars On seeing the initial 2 star review, the seller reached out and offered a full refund. It seems like several others haven't had the issues I had, so perhaps I simply had a defective one. If so, this respectable policy makes buying a less risky choice in the event that you also receive a defective item.
