Worst item with not return option. Created to cheat
Waste Item. It does not come up vertically for a large suitcase of 28". Its very difficult to tighten after you clamp it, and if you tighten and try to clam it loosens up. If you tighten at the ends of the suitcase, it will surely loosen up and will be lost in the first trip itself. Do not buy of your purpose is to use in a suitcase. Maybe some other purpose at home needs to be found. Unfortunately its a non return item. The seller know that its a waste item and every one will return after trying and hence they kept it as non returnable. Amazon should not support these kind of sellers. Alsolute cheating item. Got roally fooled .
