They don't have any bad smells or taste. I don't have any bad indigestion problems from taking them or jitters. Gives me great energy suppresses my appetite makes me feel balanced in my hair and nails are great. It does turn your pee yellow from the energy pill I believe but other than that at least I know my system's processing them. A great addition to your daily regimen I do recommend.
