ClearWipes Lens Cleaners 20 pack x6

I have purchased these a number of times. These wipes work well and dry very quickly. I’m sure many of you have used wipes or cleaning spray and know what it’s like to hang around waiting for the solution to dry , so your glasses aren’t smeared. I also use it on n my iPhone and iPad, I usually use the one, I’ve just clean my glasses with making the wipes last even longer. Up until this purchase I order them from Tesco’s supermarket but this multipack is far better value. I will be ordering them again.

I don't usually write reviews, only if something is really good or really bad. These fall into the really good category and although they are more expensive they are a pleasure to use. But what annoyed me when looking to buy was that the first review that came up was a 1 star review that is clearly from a competitor trying to belittle this product, it stated, "Not sure how these wipes managed to get such good reviews, they are rubbish. It is very hit and miss how "wet" the wipes will be with most being so dry you need 2 or 3 just to clean a pair of glasses. The worst thing about these wipes is they also scratch! The Lens of my glasses are now all scratched thanks to these wipes, there was not a mark on then until I started to use these wipes. If you value your glasses then avoid these wipes and look elsewhere." This is an example of review manipulation and should be removed by Amazon and as an ex Amazon seller who has experienced the same thing it p****** me off.

I have used these wipes for many years and always found them to be the best on the market: they cleaned glasses excellently and left no smearing. However, the new formula (having gone plastic free) and oddly faded packaging has left them both ineffective and virtually useless. The wipes are now so dry that they are virtually unusable. Frankly, I don't understand the new packaging: they look like they have been left in a shop window for the last decade and faded. Whilst I applaud their desire to use less (or no) plastic, they haven't got the formula right. I will not be buying these again. It's a shame as they were excellent, but are now virtually useless. Avoid them.

They are perfect for cleaning your spectacles because they are not wet like others .

Very gentle wipes that do not scratch the lenses. However, the cloth itself dries pout very quickly. Good value for money.
