Perfect to help our hound with her sprained “ankle”. Provides support to help her while she is healing. She’s a basset with short legs and the size is perfect for her.

These provide light support. If the dog has a major problem with foot dropping, it will not keep it up. The tops of toes will drag. The straps do hold well.

Instructions clearly state to not insert into a child. LOL. In all seriousness, the brace seems well made and sturdy and fits well on my pup. Hopes that it will help him heal faster, to early to tell though.

I have a little Italian greyhound puppy, who had broke her wrist, and it's crooked it fit perfectly. She struggled with a little bit, but she's walking on it just fine. It might slip off ,just have to re-adjust and it's working pretty well. Only needs to be on 6 hours no more each day, that's what the doctor says. Nice tight fit, but not too tight. I saw these lyderpet dog leg braces under many different names for different prices. They were useless to brace a dog's leg to keep from knuckling. I returned them.

After seeing how quickly this worked, I knew I needed to write a review. My Australian shepard has developed carple tunnel syndrome and was in need of a brave opposed to surgery. Her wrist popped with every movement and I didn't want to see her in any more discomfort. The braces came last night and I put it on her right away. Besides thinking I strapped 20lbs of lead to her leg, within a couple of minutes she was walking with no popping. This morning she is completely accustomed to it and while we may here an occasional pop... she is doing great. What drew me to this was a negative review where the buyer stated they were upset it wasn't more stiff. That's exactly what we needed. Enough support to stop the tendons from popping but not destroy her ability to move with ease. We'll these braces did that and I am grateful for both positive and negative responses...you never know what someone needs to hear.

My girl was cuffing on her front legs a lot ,with arthritis shes on vitamins every day but some days she just needs the extra support and these are so easy put use and they do help her and she doesn't mind them at all
