Bob’s Red Mill Organic Dark Rye Flour is the real deal: rich, nutty, and with that deep, soulful flavor that makes you feel like a Scandinavian baker in an artisanal cabin somewhere. The texture? I'm a home baker, not a professional, but I bake a LOT. Rye is a favorite flour with its interesting flavors, but here in Alaska, it can be a challenge to find and it's always expensive. This pack solved the problem: I've got rye for a bit of flavor or for most of the flour. Works well with either commercial yeast or sourdough.
