I’ve been drinking greens first thing in the morning (before coffee!) for about 1 month. I picked up Vital Greens on sale first, and while the flavor didn’t really bother me, it definitely tasted grassy. The texture was okay but as I got to the bottom of every glass there’d be grains. I used to drink Amazing Grass years ago and had a similar experience, so I thought all greens were like this. Until I picked up Zena’s Supergreens! I mix my greens by adding water then powder into a mason jar, cap and shake, then add ice and shake again. I immediately noticed how easily the Supergreens mixed and the dark, rich color compared to the brand I had been drinking. The taste is great! Mixed Berry was surprisingly sweet but satisfying. It doesn’t feel like I’m drinking a supplement anymore, and I find myself reaching for my coffee later instead of immediately after finishing my glass. I also feel the greens are keeping my immunity up. I’ve been home all week with a sick husband, and now my child, and I am still here symptom free (which never happens!). Overall I feel great since I started to drink Supergreens and I hope to see addition benefits as I continue using it. At this price point, Supergreens is a quality option to get some extra greens in.

The people on here saying that this product tastes bad in their reviews, obviously spoil themselves with sugar. Because that is a wild take. This stuff tastes great to me! I make sure to follow the instructions and properly Mixing it with water and ice, and as the only ‘sweet’ tasting thing that I eat in a day, I think it tastes amazing! I’m on a zero sugar keto diet, consisting of mostly protein and fats, so these powdered green are super effective at getting me the leafy greens I need without a bunch of excess carbs. And since I’m off sugar completely the sweetness makes it taste like a berry smoothie and I love it

This tastes about the same as all the other green mixes. Mixing it with only water is a tough drink, unless you get really used to it. What I find helpful is mixing this with milk and frozen berries. As a smoothie, the taste of the powder is obscured and its more palatable. I also mixed this in with yogurt, its was a little different at first but that also makes it a little easier to consume. I had no side effects of this regarding upset stomach. I like that its organic but energy levels appears to be the same. Some people say they feel more energetic but that might be psychosomatic.

This is a great way to get veggies into your diet. The flavor is great and I mix it with my Instant Hydration and collagen.

This is such a great product ! I have been buying this since August and it just makes me feel good. I drink it either in the morning or as a lunch. It has a great flavor and packed with all the good stuff. Life changer for me and a daily drink I can feel good about. One packet about half a shaker cup with cold water shake and add ice.

It taste like the flavor says which is berries. You can drink with water and ice to make it go down easy. It is sugar free so that’s a plus for those watching their sugar intake. I can’t really say if it’s really working as I haven’t been on it long enough.

So, I originally ordered this because I had gotten some tests done at the doctor that told me that I was prediabetic and my bad cholesterol was sky high. (after some google research, it said I could be at risk for a heart attack or stroke) the doctor advised me to eat a more meat and vegetable diet while cutting out a lot of sugar and carbs (Also cuz im anemic) Kind of difficult to do on a budget. Especially with the groceries inflation. So, that's where this came in. I could go on and on about my health issues, but let's just say this supplement ticks all the boxes that I was looking for while also being weary about my health concerns. I got the mixed berry flavor, so on the first day, it really did not taste all that great. Over time, I got used to it and the taste isn't all that bad. I tried it with and without ice. Ice is definitely recommended as it helps make it taste a bit better. In terms of smell, uhh... not a bad smell I guess. It just smells like powder to me and when mixed with water, I guess it kind of has a fruity smell to it? Overall, I like it. I even bought a second one in the green apple flavor. My biggest recommendation is to get one of those electric spin shaker bottles instead of the normal shaker bottle. I find that the electric ones mix the powder with water a lot better than just manually shaking.
