I had high hopes for the price of this massage, and having used it for the first time, I would have paid more! First, the unboxing and set up was so simple and easy and had very little waste in the box so that was a plus. Then the sturdiness and material of this foot massager is great! The leather on the outside is so soft and comfortable and the soft inserts on the inside are washable! A lot of thought went into the chic design. It feels so high quality and can look great anywhere. The ottoman has weight to it but is not super heavy so it feels sturdy, and that combined with the foot pegs on the bottom, ensure that this will not go anywhere while in use. The set up was super easy to follow so you get into using it super fast. The controls are easy to navigate and test. The foot massage itself was heavenly. I tried the strongest setting to see how powerful it could get and it was instantly relaxing. No pain just pleasant pressure and rolling. The noise level is pretty low and not interruptive. It is easy to have conversations, watch tv, or scroll on your phone and you won’t even notice it. Without additional noise, it couldn’t be louder than a coffee machine. Overall, I cannot recommend this massager enough. It is definitely a luxury I didn’t know I needed and so happy I got. I can’t wait to make this a staple in my wellness routine.

This machine has real hands massaging your feet, but the hands may be a little rusted, needs oil or something,🤷🏾 I've had for a few months, maybe use a few days out of the week. Initial use did not have the sound, but after a few weeks the sound startled me. All in all it's great, but I'm afraid it may stop working.

Overall has pretty limited options, seems like a cheap massager inside an expensive ottoman. Has made some weird noises, sounds like internals might not have quality bearings. Quality of fabric and the rest is good. I'd say it would be 4 stars if it was $200, but at $400 its a 3 star. Update: its getting louder and worse... Update 2: this product is complete garbage. Loud noises squeaking. Terrible. TRASH.

We don’t have a car in the city so we walk a lot (over 10,000 steps daily). Even with special insoles and expensive sneakers, I was still desperate for a nice foot massage at the end of the day. So glad I found this massaging gem. My family and I are fighting over who gets to use it first. The rolling and the compression feel so amazing. It’s not noisy at all. Good for small feet and big feet. The product was packaged well and I received it very quickly. Hoping this will be the end of my plantar fasciitis. Feels sooooo good!! PS make sure you read the instructions first! Update: I’ve used this foot massager every night since I received it. Sometimes during the day too if I’m at home. It’s so addicting. I especially love it when it squeezes my calves and then rolls my feet. It’s so good.

Really good for calfs and feet massage but after a couple weeks it started making loud squeaking sounds. And I mean loud. The massager works great and is nice and sleeps helps you after a long day of work or being on your feet. This would have gotten 5 stars if it wasnt so loud. Also I wish amazon allowed. .5 stars because this is more a 3.5 than 4 but i didnt want to be too picky

Value for money. I used to get $70 foot massage every week. Now with $350, I get at least 10 massage every day.

After the first week, it is very noisy. Does a wonderful job massaging. Maybe they could sit in Greece with it. If you put on some headphones, it’s not bad. Easy to use. I do worry about It’s durability with the noise. It’s making though.

I love the ottoman but will need to have to return it because of one of the rollers is making a loud squeaky sound. Good value for the money if squeaky noise is fixed.
