I have been struggling with Greensoul’s support team for the last two months, and the experience has been absolutely frustrating and disappointing. Despite multiple voice calls and even video calls where I clearly demonstrated the issue, their support team still failed to properly diagnose the problem. After weeks of back-and-forth, they finally arranged a technician visit. Unfortunately, the technician arrived without proper briefing or understanding of the issue. He was clearly not informed about the actual problem and had no solution. Eventually, he had to leave without resolving anything. This is not the technician’s fault — the real failure lies with Greensoul’s support system. After multiple discussions and visual demonstrations, if a company still cannot identify the root issue, it reflects serious inefficiency and lack of coordination within their team. Now coming to the product itself — the back support of the chair is extremely poor. Within just 6 months of usage, multiple nuts have come loose. For a chair that markets itself as ergonomic and premium, basic structural stability should be the top priority. Instead, it feels like the company focused on adding unnecessary features while completely neglecting the most critical aspect — back support durability and build quality. An ergonomic chair without reliable back support defeats the entire purpose. Concluding: 1. Poor product durability 2. Weak structural support 3. Extremely inefficient customer service 4. Zero ownership of resolution I would strongly advise potential buyers to carefully explore other brands in the market. The Green Soul Zodiac Pro is super comfortable and feels very premium. The ergonomic Flybird design gives great back support, and the seat slider plus 4D adjustable armrests make it easy to customize for long work hours. Build quality is solid, adjustments are smooth, and the assembling process was very easy and hassle-free. Overall, a great choice for office use. Highly recommended! 💯
