Mattress is not comfortable
We bought this for my 89 year old Dad (in lieu of a twin bed) to sleep next to my 84 yr old mom who does use & need the features of a hospital bed (her bed was provided by her health care provider). First night my Dad complained of the poor quality of the mattress so we bought him a 3" memory foam mattress topper and he is very happy with it.

Difficult instructions.
Bed serves the purpose for which we purchased it for.Absolutely the worst instructions I have ever dealt with. Assembly required no tools yet due too the poor institutions it took over 3 hrs too assemble.

Bed Assembling
We are "senior citizens". My wife was recently released from the hospital, so we decided to purchase this bed rather than renting one. I have attempted to assemble this bed on my own, without success. We would appreciate your advice as to how we could obtain assistance in assembling this bed. Thank you.
