Elbow Ice Pack Wrap, Tennis Golfers Sleeve For Arm and Calf Injuries Reusable, Cold Compression for Pain Relief

Really comfortable for me. I pull these onto my arms right after I work out, leave them on for about 20 min while I prep & eat lunch. The temperature is a little tricky. If I keep them in the fridge, they warm up too quickly on my arms. But if I keep them in the freezer, they are too cold. So I keep them in the freezer, pull them out and lay them on my countertop for about 5 minutes, then pull them onto my arms. This gives me just the right amount of chill to help my elbow tendonitis.

LIFE SAVER.! I knew going into wisdom teeth surgery I would need something for the swelling. My friend didn’t get one(we went to get our wisdom teeth out together), but I got one a couple months in advance. Boy did I make the right choice. I had a very easy recovery, no pain, these put just enough cold and pressure to make you comfortable, these are very durable. I was changing these constantly. I didn’t take any of the pain medication they gave me I only used this. I didn’t even use any heat just this. The only thing that I didn’t like about these is the ice packs stop working wicked fast so I felt like I was constantly changing them. You have to really be on top of freezing and changing these. Other than them not lasting super long this worked perfectly and I’m so glad I purchased this. The little ice pack that they gave me there was blah. My friend ended up making a homemade one with a migraine wrap and some ice packs. If you’re having dental surgery or any dental pain and you were thinking about getting one of these and decided against it. Just buy it. I believe keeping my swelling down helped me heal faster. I tried the pineapple thing and it didn’t work for me. This is super light, a little big for me but I just Velcroed it on as tight as I could and would place it where I needed it on my face. I don’t think I couldn’t have dealt with the swelling at all without this. With this I had minimal swelling and was back to normal on day 1.

Working great so far, got all four wisdom teeth out and it gives a nice amount of pressure and coldness without being uncomfortably cold, the icepacks don't stay cold too long but with the extra two it's pretty easy to just switch it out. The size of it is a little big for me, I have a smaller face so the way it is shown in the picture just made it ice my ear so I flipped it around it works perfect, it's not too scratchy either like some wraps can be the fabric is very soft.

I used this ice pack wrap after wisdom teeth removal, and overall I think it’s a solid product with a thoughtful design. The wrap itself fits comfortably and securely, and the Velcro is strong enough to keep everything in place without slipping. I also really appreciated that it comes with two sets of gel packs so you can rotate them as needed. The reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the cold packs don’t stay cold as long as I would have liked. In addition, the fabric of the wrap is fairly thick, which makes it harder to feel the full cooling effect once the packs are inserted into the sleeves. That said, it still provides helpful relief and is a convenient hands-free option during recovery—just be prepared to swap out the packs more frequently for consistent cold therapy.

Bought this for my mother. The inside of the elbow and she just loved it. Will be buying another one! She said the comfort of it is so nice feeling along with it being cold. Do not keep in the freezer. Goes in the fridge. I also bought her a pull on lighting sleeve to wear during the day. She is 71. She said that helps as well!

Great ice pack. Velcro makes it very easy to hold onto back. Can also use it on other parts of the body: knee, arm, shoulder, etc. Easy to travel with.

I wanted to like this so much. Especially considering my elbow was in so much pain from stupid tendinitis (thank you heavy car seat from carrying 4 babies). The sleeve was soft and squishy, which was very comfortable, however, it was so cold. I literally couldn’t even stand it on my skin. I absolutely love cold, but this was almost painful. I didn’t find it comfortable with a long sleeve shirt underneath . Sadly, I had to return it.

This works great! I have small arms (wear sizes XS and S shirts). This fits great, just very slightly loose, but does not slip out of place. The duration of the coldness is perfect, about 10 minutes. The only problem are the instructions. 1.) Place the AircePac elbow ice pak in the refirgerator for at least 3 hours. (I think they mean "ic pack" and the freezer.) 2.) Open the lid of the refrigerator and remove any remaining water, now you can keep it on for 15 - 20 mintues. (I gave up trying to figure out what they were trying to say here: Mabe open the freezer, remove the AiricePac elbow pack wrap, if there is an condensation, remove the water; you can keep the elbow ice pack on for 10 - 20 minutes.) Also, the instructions say to keep it in the refrigerator (freezer) for "at least three hours"; yet in an image of the ice pack and its instuctions it says to put it in the refrigerator (feezer) for 1 - 2 hours---so which is it? Otherwise, it works really well, and I highly recommend it!

Stays cold just for 2-3mins. There is no branding on the product. Ice pack stays much cooler compared to this. The product is misleading

Really good ice for your elbow. Fits great, comfortable and cold! Good for worn-out joints. Amazon's normal great shipping was rather bizarre on this delivery but no fault of vendor. This works well!

Really good for the first 2-3 mins.. but then all the coldness is gone. Expected it to retain the cold temperature for more time.

Bought this for my daughter before she had her wisdom taken out. So easy to use and no need to hold in place like a regular ice pack. It comes with 4 ice packs that slip in the mask so we always had 2 ready to use !
