Not sure how much it helped but added a level of difficulty to strength training

This lung conditioner is easy to use, and you can feel it in your lungs. I have used it both while exercising, and even just sitting on the couch relaxing. It is nice and easy to take apart to clean.

i was in the market for a lung trainer and this is all you need. less than $10. i feel a difference when used regularly

Haven't made a routine out of using this breath trainer yet, but what little I did, this device seemed to work as described and expected.

This is not in any way for someone trying to train. At best it's for someone rehabbing weak lungs. Not effective at all for strengthening lung capacity.

It was for a gift

Product comes with clear directions and operates similar to a snorkel except you breathe in through your nose and out through the device to build endurance. And the device is adjustable so you can build in resistance as you get stronger. The only issue I am still struggling with is how to swallow saliva while using the device. I'll get there but for now it limits my ability to use it for long periods of time. Device is well-made and I can see no weak elements that would cause it to crack/break. As the manufacturer claims, it is easy to clean and maintain.
