These are surprisingly good! Since my got my ostomy, I've lost 60 pounds so the 2-piece bags no longer works well, the plastic ring is not flexible enough. So, I took a chance and got these. The round yellow/golden part seems to be the same material that generic seal rings are made from and it's a large and sticky. The outer ring is cloth like (similar to Hollistory) is sticky also. You will need sting-free spray to remove them although not totally necessary. The velcro closure is not my favorite, it's plastic like Hollister and Convatec, I really like the velcro used by Choloplast but this is a minor issue. You MUST make sure to squeeze this velcro very very well or it could come open. The outer material is light and opaque enough, and does not easily saturate with water, which is good for showering. Keep in mind, most of the big brands are $40 to $50 for 10 bags. So these are very economical. I hope this is helpful. Update after more than a month of using these---I have found them to be the best that I use even compared to the big national brands. They just hold on tightly and securely. I've not had any incidents at all with them, but I have with every other brand. The round "yellow" part, as I mentioned is very much like the rings material and it holds on great. Then you have the outer ring (it's the white part outside of the yellow), and it's very sticky also. Actually a good product. The only part that requires a little prep is the opening at the bottom, there are two plastic pieces that want to stay together, I have found that getting them open the first time is difficult but I put creases in the plastic and they almost open easily.

DAMN!!! Awesome my mother has been using the two piece ostomy bags and no offense to the healthcare provider where she gets them from but those are terrible! These were here on front step wicked quick and they are durable omg! Mush appreciation when u have to clean #2 repeatedly on a daily basis!

Easy to attach worked out great for us

Do not buy! Used for the first time today. Applied about 10:30 am, and by 12:40 pm, it was leaking, poo showing under the seal! It had mixed reviews, thought I would try it for my husband. It was a total waste of money, and of course these are unreturnable! Only picked one star, because it wouldn't let me continue without choosing something, it doesn't deserve any. Now we are out over $30!

This was my first one piece. Sticks extremely well, actually a little painful to remove, but I will take it for the good stick. No concerns about leakage. Issues I have is that the bag starts to smell after a couple days, so I feel the need to change it. Also, the tip that unfolds is transparent. Wish it was the same color or the bag.

Having has an ileostomy for about 7 years I’ve tried all sorts of different appliances. The doctor originally recommended and had me using a 2-piece setup that was partially covered by my insurance. Even still they were quite expensive. They also stuck out from my body at least a quarter of an inch so I was always self conscious about it, touching it and uncomfortable. After trying different manufacturers I finally found this one and am very pleased with them. It’s 1-piece, lays flat so it doesn’t bulge outwards so I’m not embarrassed to have people see. It also has an additional adhesive area that gives additional coverage. These are much less expensive than the ones my insurance covered, so much less that I don’t even go through my insurance, I just pay for them. The only thing I don’t like about them is they’re clear. I do wear a belt over them so it’s really not an issue.
