I got tired of running tapcons into furring strips on block walls. So far this thing is well worth the purchase. Every nail has sunk and no misfires yet. Definitely wish I bought this year's ago

Professional quality concrete nailer
I got this nailer to use this when I finish my shop in the garage to secure a wall to the concrete floor. In the meantime, I tested it to nail a piece of plywood to the concrete in order to create a level area for one of my workbenches. I don't have much experience with concrete nailers, but this one seems really heavy to me. Maybe that's normal for these types of nailers. It works exactly like my cordless brad nailers (which are also pretty heavy). It has a safety measure where you have to press down to activate the unit before it will work. This unit is pneumatic, so you will need a compressor and air hose with the proper connector. I used a small Ridgid air compressor and this unit worked perfectly to drive the nails through the board and into the concrete. With my very limited testing so far, this unit has performed well. It is very heavy duty and should withstand years of use. It seems to be a professional quality tool. The set came with concrete nails. I do wish it came with a carrying case, but still an excellent set.
