I have been dealing with non alcoholic fatty liver from medicine and processed foods. I have changed my diet, but this stuff has really made the difference. My liver enzymes have changed more than diet could do alone, plus it has helped me get my blood pressure under control. Don't let the Dr's tell you there's no known cause for HBP, you just have to find it. Mine was liver problems and this stuff helped tremendously.

These contain just about everything needed for certain dysfunctional gall bladder problems. These are what we refer to as bile salts. Use them just the way your doctor tells you to. Among other things they dissolve the gall stones that do NOT show up on x-rays, but they DO NOT HELP with GALL STONES that DO SHOW UP with x-rays. Bile salts are used in other ways. Ask your doctor for directions.

I was having problems with my gall bladder and tried taking these. I realized it was not my gall bladder, but a hernia yet these have been a great supplement to my diet to keep everything functioning well, so I am continuing on them as part of my preventative health plan.

Typically, I like to order supplements from companies who have their products third-party tested. I didn't find any information on Labdoor and a Google search didn't produce any result for Nicmin except for the products offered on Amazon and an Asain language site. That makes me feel less confident about the product, but I'll take a chance because I like the blend. I take most of the ingredients separately, so when I saw this had berberine, milk thistle and black pepper, I hoped it's a legit product so I can stop buying everything separately. Because I already take the ingredients in this supplement, I most likely won't see any changes. So far, no upset stomach or hives. I feel that with most supplements, it takes time for results. So in the near future, if I notice anything remarkable, I'll be sure to come back and update this review.
