The strainer is very fine so I've not experienced any cases of tea bits making it through into the drink which is a problem that I've had with a lot of other strainers.The mug is nice and big so you get a proper drink. Feels nicely made and is comfortable in the hand. The lid helps keep drinks hot and is secure enough for walking from one place to another. Would definitely recommend for tea-drinkers everywhere.

I absolutely love this mug, it had become a firm favorite whether I am having tea or coffee. The filter fuss in any standard mug that I have tried it in so I use it in various mugs. This mug is very heavy but it is also very sturdy and strong. It isn't easily knocked over and stands up to the trials of a clumsy me and an inquisitive child! (Obviously when empty!) The lid acts as a lid for the mug and a base for the filter, the filter is nice and fine so less tea leaves escape ready to choke you when you get to the bottom of your tea and forget you are using loose leaf tea. It cleans very easily though which is a great bonus for me especially with limited mobility I don't want to be spending hours stood at the sink cleaning it with a toothbrush! All in all a great product if you don't mind the weight of the mug, especially as the filter fits in any of my mugs very easily.

Great product! I have bought three of these, as I like to have two and I gave one away to a friend who was very impressed with it. The cup is a good size and sturdy and keeps the heat. I like that the lid that doubles as a saucer for the strainer once used. Excellent for a tea lover.

OMG! I live this mug. I’m as fussy about my mugs as i am about my tea. This is perfect in everyway. Large mug, can have loose leaf tea. And its in my favourite colour.

Loved this when it first turned up. A week later the mug cracked as I poured hot water in flooding the work surface. The return was tracked postage to America as requested which cost nearly as much as the mug. The refund policy is to refund postage of the product if faulty but so far we have only managed to get a refund of the cost of the mug. Over £20 out of pocket. Not happy

I bought this thinking the kid would fit without the infuser part, so I could leave my wife a cup of tea for when she wakes up and it would stay warmer than a normal mug. My mistake, the lid only fits with the infuser in place. This isn’t a fault with the product. It just so happened that the lid off an old thermos mug we had fitted perfectly, so it does what I wanted. Nice size mug, nice shape, well made.

A nice large mug that's an ideal size for soup and so on as well as tea. The strainer is very fine so no problems with tea leaves falling through. Its definitely a man mug though with a large handle. I like it and the strainer will come in handy for other cups as well.
