Purax Antiperspirant Roll On Extra Strong 50ml

This stuff is amazing!! I used as directed when underarms were clean and dry. (Though not before bed, as I was going on to a night shift) and oh my word. The difference is amazing. It stung ever so slightly once I'd put it on but nothing unbearable. 2nd day wearing it today. Its 18°c I've been doing Jumping Jack's throughout the morning,plus hoovering and cleaning out my rabbits and I havent sweat. Usually by now I'd stink and need to shower again! Excellent stuff and as you only need a small amount I feel itll last a long time.

I have only been using it for a few days, but this is powerful for sure. It does work. First time I've applied way too much, it stained my green t-shirt to gray. The stain disappeared though after I've washed it. It is a bit itchy too, but not all the time. Next I've used very little product, just one pass and then I spread it with my hands, and I used it before bed so that it doesn't stain my clothes. I will continue using it very sparingly for a week, and then try to space it out to see how it goes. So far, in the hottest day of the year, this deodorant works SO WELL! I'm very happy.

I was sceptical at first considering I sweat alot during long walks to work. But what can I say, one application of this stuff under my arms, at night and I haven't sweated once since. That was 3 days ago now and I've showered every morning. I'm keen to see how far into the week it gets me without another application. It smells pretty good too when you apply it although the scent won't last after washing so I just use general antiperspirant or deodorant to top up every morning. Only reason I cant give this 5 stars is because of the irritation it caused me. That first night was hell. Itchy, sore and irritated skin. This won't be the same for everyone but if you have sensitive skin I'd be surprised if you don't experience this. Hopefully my skin gets more used to it as I start to apply more over the coming weeks. All in all great product that actually works.

This definitely stops you sweating but I cannot use it on my armpits as it burns intensely and gives me a sore rash. The burning goes on all night too, until I wash it off and put nappy rash cream on! Strangely I can use it in my groin (carefully with underwear on!) and it really does keep me dry.

I like the effectiveness of the antiperspirant but the stinging and soreness even when barely used is unbearable at times. But the itching the next few days are making me think twice. I’ve been using it for 3 weeks and I’ll see out the month but if it continues it’s for the bin. It makes going to sleep difficult at night. Have to shower it off it’s killing me. As you may see I’m very red in patches and the pain is unbearable. I’ll never use it again. But it did keep me dry but I don’t know if not sleeping with the pain and the itching the following day is worth it.

I've pretty much brought every deodorant you would find at your local supermarket, Boots, Superdrugs etc, but would always be disappointed that it could never do what it claims to do on the bottle. I'm one of those people where visible sweat stains would limit my wardrobe choice in terms of colour. In the days I'm required to go into work I would check the weather the night before, as the office is a 20 minute walk I would rush to the bathroom to check if the dreaded sweat stains were there! Lo and behold this product, I use it the night before, in the morning just get up and dress and shower as normal my 20 min walk to work means I arrive dry, I no longer have that damp feeling in my armpits and no odour either. Please never stop making this product, it's honestly the best thing out there. One thing your armpits may feel a little itchy especially at the beginning of using this, so you'll need to use it sparingly at first and build your tolerance to it. I wouldn't use it after shaving as I imagine it would sting like crazy, I've had this area lasered so don't have to bother shaving frequently. All in all if sweat and odour is a bane in your life try this and see for yourself.

This stuff is amazing, my 14 year old was having issues no deodorant was helping her excessive sweating from her armpits and underboob area, despite us trying everything and 2 showers a day, this has been a godsend apply as per instructions and she uses a regular spray in between not because its needed as this really does stop the sweating, do not apply immediately after shaving as it can sting give it a day. A bottle lasts absolutely ages more than 6 months and using it as per instructions, she has also used on her feet.

Having suffered with hyperhydrosis all of my adult life, I started reading about people having botox injections to help their hyperhydrosis. I read that botox injections are painful and expensive and need to be done regularly and for some people cause a terrible fish-like odour to emanate from their armpits. I was resigned about continuing to suffer with hyperhydrosis for the rest of my life and then I discovered Purax on Amazon. Purax really is a God send and is much cheaper than botox. Having read the negative views, I decided to give Purax a chance all the same. And I'm so glad that I did! It has made a huge improvement in my life! It is such a relief to no longer have giant sweat patches - yes even in winter on very cold days! It is a relief not to worry about smelling of sweat. And it is a relief not having to throw out clothes that still have some wear in them, simply because the armpit areas smell of sweat, despite using a lot of detergent and high temperature washing machine settings. Since using Purax I feel more confident and less self-conscious. It is a joy to wear many other colours - not just white or black to try to disguise the sweat patches. The instructions say to apply sparingly, once a week, before bedtime. But I think how much you apply depends on the severity of your condition. For this product to work, I apply a very, very think coat twice a week and on hot sunny days, I apply a thick coat in the morning, leave it on for about 20 minutes and then wash it off. Like another user, I recommend using an old t-shirt on the nights you use Purax, certainly not your best pyjamas. Purax stained my pyjama top However, by soaking in vinegar and bicarbonate of soda, the stains came out in the wash. I will agree with the negative reviews that this product really, really stings. For Purax to work so well, your sweat glands have to be sealed, so I guess that is why it stings so much. Sometimes I wake up in the night to wash it off. Another good tactic that works for me is shaving only once a week and using the armpit hairs as a barrier. Interestingly enough before using this product, I used to shave every day to try to sweat less. In the past I tried Driclor and Odaban. Both of which, caused severe rashes. And despite my carrying on using them, they stopped working after a while, and the sweating came back! I have been using Purax for five months and it is still working effectively. As other users wrote, you can use the product for months and months without running out. My only critique is that the packaging makes it almost impossible to see how much is actually left in the bottle. One negative review here questions the health implications of using Purax. Absorbing Aluminum Chlorohydrate into our bodies is probably not very good for us. However, living in the Western world where heavy sweat patches are embarrassing and socially unacceptable, I will continue to use this product until they invent a healthier alternative that is just as effective.

Normalmente, un uomo suda a 12 gradi indossando lana e a 20 gradi con vestiti di lino? Comunque, mi sono documentato e ho iniziato a usare Perspirex, consigliato da alcuni siti web. Perspirex è efficace ma costoso. Anche la versione "strong 7 giorni" in realtà mi durava solo 5 giorni, e già al quarto giorno iniziavo a sudare un po' di più, come se perdesse efficacia. Bisogna usarlo tutti i giorni per una settimana per ottenere l'effetto desiderato, poi una volta a settimana. Il flacone è piccolo, finisce in fretta e, giorno dopo giorno, l'applicazione perde un po' di efficacia. Funziona bene, ma non in modo eccellente, e per 14 euro è caro. Dura circa 2-3 mesi. Dovrebbero fare anche una lozione per i piedi, perché il prodotto per il corpo è costoso, serve per più parti del corpo e non so quanto sia salutare bloccare i pori di tutto il corpo. Già ho dubbi sul bloccare i pori delle ascelle, ma è meglio tentare perché sudare sotto le ascelle è insopportabile. A differenza di Perspirex, Purax è meno liquido e più gelatinoso, quindi dal roll-on ne esce meno prodotto. Per ora va bene, vediamo come si comporterà nell'arco di un anno di uso. Si dice che duri 12 mesi. Aggiornamento, uso purax 1 volta ogni due settimane e sto da dio. Addio sudore ascellare sotto il sole a 40 gradi.
