The specifications of this tablet are very high for the price. Was easy to set up Speedy operation Good picture and sound quality Easy reliable connectivity to Internet and to Bluetooth headphones and printer Easy to use to watch all tv media via quickly installed apps and social media apps and video calling is great quality. I've used it a bit and it's everybit as good as my 2 year old Samsung tablet that cost considerably more. This one is essentially my 10 year olds tablet and she loves it. It really helped her prepare for her entrance exams for grammar school and she's got all the apps/games for fun and the one's to help her meet the curriculum needs of school. They use an App to set homework. Summary, great value, very functional and good quality tablet.

Does everything it says it should. Easy to set up, easy to use. For the price it's great, although I miss not having a finger print or face option to sign in, it is acceptable for the price I paid. Came the same day as I ordered it.

Rubbish. Turns itself off then can't restart it. Returned for repair once but still the same fault. Poor customer service. Eventually prized a refund out of them. We have a second one that my wife uses but that also shuts down on its own, shows low battery when fully charged and won't restart until plugged in to charge. Then immediately shows a full charge again. Full of bugs, save your money and don't buy this item.

The Neocore tablet was purchased just after Christ mas and, although a 2 month lead time for delivery, the tablet arrived on the originally stated date. The quality is first class and represents excellent value for money This is my second Neocore and if it performs as well and for as long as my original tablet I will be a very happy individual.

Great Service GPO 'lost' it when told it had not arrived Mike chased it up and it arrived in days. Very fast, lovely clear screen and really easy to set up.

Excellent tablet, very sturdy, reasonably priced. Purchased to replace an aging Fire tablet which sadly doesn't support a lot of the apps I like.

I bought 3 of these last Christmas by the middle of the year all 3 stopped working and it was the same problem they just will not charge

I didn't know what to expect for such a low price and I didnt have any great expectations but I was really surprised at the beautiful picture, high sound quality and the battery lasts of over 10 hours, charging time as they said 3-4 hours. All they said was correct and no exaggerations. Customer support was excellent too, I damaged my charger and they sent me another in a couple of days of asking,, and its MADE IN THE UK. Thank you
