Great camping sink to do dishes in!
The picture makes this bin look much bigger than it actually is. But I told myself when I first saw it you need to use it in a camping environment then have an opinion. Let me tell you this saved our butt when it came to washing dishes. We use special camping plates instead of paper plates and this little bin doses the job when it came to washing dishes. There was no running water where we were (we brought water jugs so that was no big deal) and we were the only ones camping that came prepared. We filled it up only half was one side was soapy water and the other one was to rinse the dishes when done. The perfect plastic stays on the table and is a easy dry and clean up after when you’re done using it. It’s very portable and usable when you need to clean dishes camping. And the price is perfect for my budget! I highly recommend it =)

Bringing some packable, light civilization to the camp
I got this wash basin in preparation for a camping trip in April. The basin collapses on itself, so if you're a car/tent camper like me, you have room for this in transit, can leave it out at the camp to dry out...it's really useful. Just pop this guy open, fill with warm water, add a squirt of soap to one side, and get the dishes done in no time. I did learn to leave the basin on the picnic table if the water is particularly warm (we were heating up some tap water over the fire to get the water to the point where it would clean the dishes to a camp-clean level, and the ambient temperature was in the 40s) - I wanted to dump the warm water, picked up the basin, and the PVC was soft enough that it started to bulge! Just didn't think that through, so I set the basin back down with the water in it, and let it cool. It was totally fine, went back to it's original shape for the most part and still folded up well - we used it 3x per day over 3 days and it performed very well. The next test will be on the NEXT camping trip in a few months...to see if it still unfolds and performs as well after storage. Given the price, even if it fails, I'd replace it for its utility and low space requirements with one of the same.

Really handy, but with limitations
We've used this on two camping trips now and it has definitely made our clean-up process go more smoothly. I didn't have any problems with the sides collapsing, but I made a point of NOT pouring boiling (or close to boiling) water into it. Doing so would soften the plastic and I suspect make it more vulnerable to holes from utensils or other sharp edges while washing. The water I poured into it was heated over the fire pit, but only to a point where it was barely too hot to touch. Each 'sink' is about 10 inches wide/deep, so you won't be able to fit large camping pans in here. However, the size is large enough to hold a handful of bowls/plates/cups while having utensils soaking at the bottom. Also, while I couldn't wash our pans/pots in these sinks - it was still useful to have the hot, soapy water in a convenient place, as I was able to use a cup to pour some of it into the bigger cookware for soaking.Because of the smallish size, the soapy sink side will get grubby very fast if you try washing/soaking dishes that still have a lot of food or gunk on them. What we did was first rinse off our dishes with a scrub brush & cold lake/camp water, and then wash it in the hot/soapy water from there (basically like what you'd do before loading a dishwasher). The rinse side was a little less effective, as it seemed to collect too many bubbles after rinsing off a lot of dishes from the soapy side. We ended up doing one more rinse cycle from the pour spout of our cold water container, which worked great. If you do a lot of camping, I think this will come in handy for you. If not, it was only ten bucks and not that big of a loss. I removed a star because I still needed a 2nd rinse step after using the tubs, but I'm glad I made the purchase and would recommend it. It collapses & sets back up easily, so it's easy to store & tote around.

Love this wash basin, does the job great!
I have been using this consistently for my last 5 camping trips and it is incredibly handy. We camp at state parks so you are not allowed to do your dishes at the faucet and the sinks to do your dishes in the bathroom are usually far away for there is a line.Despite the fact that we have a camper we don't like to do our dishes in the sink in there because we don't want food bits getting stuck in the drain or any grease in the drain making the camper stink so we purchased this "sink".My only complaint is that when you put the water in if you're not careful it will slosh around and you might get soap in your plain water side especially if you have to carry it a distance. We are lucky because we have a sink on the outside of our camper so we don't have to carry it too far. It has held up quite well even when I forgot there was a sharp knife in it to be washed it did not puncture it at all.Highly recommend this product for my fellow camping enthusiasts.

Size seems smaller in person, but ok for plates, etc.
I was so excited to get this collapsible wash bin for camping. When we got it, I opened it up and was a little surprised at how small it is. However, I am ok with that. It still fits plates and cups, etc in it. When we got water in it though, one of the bins leaked. Which was really sad considering I really needed them both for washing and rinsing. So, now it has turned into a half sand toy box and half water toy box for the kids when we go camping. I am sure not all of them will have a hole, but I am kind of not surprised it did.

A must-have for camping trips!!!
We LOVE this sink! It is kind of small but it was big enough to put 4 dinner dishes, 4 mugs, all the silverwear and I still had room. I dumped a boiled pot of water from a 8 cup percolator in one side with a small amount of air temp water and soap. On the other side I put in lukewarm water. It was perfect! The sides didn't feel flimsy or thin at all. I could even pick it up with all that water in there. When I was done I would flip it upside down to let it dry and when it was dry, I would fold it up and put it aside. It is the coolest thing and so cheap! I'm glad I bought this...
