Needed this in a pinch due to my ear being compacted early in the morning, arrived same day though it was late it still showed up, did a few rounds in each ear gradually raising the pressure and it worked wonders, key tip get debrox to help loosen up the wax using both got my ears cleared and imitate relief within 5mins. For the price the first initial purchase is almost as much as going to urgent care, and you can control the sensitivity depending on how bad your irritation is vs urgent care trying to hurry up and get it out and not really caring about your pain, but if you are like me and always have constant ear wax build up it saves you a ton of time and money. As well as being able to do it yourself and not needing an extra hand you literally only need one hand to control it and collect the dirty water. Highly recommend, super easy to use, and temperature sensor is great.

I’m genuinely impressed with this KAUGIC ear wax removal kit. It feels very well designed and much safer than traditional methods. The one-piece waste tank is such a smart upgrade — no mess and super easy to clean afterward. The water temperature sensor gives great peace of mind. It helps ensure the water isn’t too hot or too cold, which makes the whole process much more comfortable. The irrigation pressure is effective without being harsh, and it works quickly. I also love that it’s IPX7 waterproof, so I can use it confidently in the bathroom without worrying about damage. I'm finding the Kaugic electric ear cleaner to be a total game-changer for my ear hygiene. Forget those risky cotton swabs that just push wax around; this device uses a gentle stream of warm water to genuinely flush out the buildup. It's safe, effective, and you can even pick the water pressure that feels right for you. The 2-in-1 design keeps things neat (no messy water running down your neck!), and you can even hop in the shower with it since it's waterproof. Just remember to use warm water and perhaps some softening drops first if your wax is stubborn. I plan to use mine maybe a couple of times a week. It's a smart, clean, and oddly satisfying little gadget for home use.

I have a history of my ears getting impacted with earwax. In the past, I would have to go to the doctor and get it removed. I got a different electric earwax remover a couple years ago and it was very messy to use because I got water everywhere. I saw this earwax removal tool and thought I would try it out since it looked easier to use and less messy. At first, I was skeptical because my left ear was very irritated and I knew it was impacted. I tried using eardrops and this removal tool to remove the wax. I probably tried 20 times and it wouldn’t budge. I thought this tool was a lost cause until I tried it on my right ear. A few chunks of earwax came out on the first try, so now I know this tool definitely works! I would likely have to go to the doctor to get my left ear checked out. Based on my experience, this will probably work well on less stubborn and softer wax. After I get my left ear fixed, I plan to use this for maintenance so I don’t get impacted ears. In addition to removal in general, I think there are a few other great features about this device. First, I like how it charges with USB-C and has a very long battery life. Second, it’s great that it has a temperature indicator. I didn’t find myself getting dizzy from this device because this tells you the exact temperature you need. I also found the water pressure to be pretty good. You can choose from normal, strong, soft, or pulsing. I didn’t feel that any of them were overly strong or uncomfortable to use. Lastly, I found the device pretty easy to use. I just leaned my head to the side as I held the device to my ear. It wasn’t uncomfortable to hold in position. I also found that the water didn’t leak much out of the cup that you hold to the side of your head. I obviously got a little bit of water on me because you are dealing with water after all, but it wasn’t anything excessive. I would recommend this to anybody who has issues with wax buildup.

Came as described and of good quality for the price. Directions are clear and easy to use. The battery charges quickly and holds the charge. If one follows the directions they will find that this unit works great. Start of slowly and get use to the feel of it. Flushes the gunk out of the ears and provides a nice clean feeling without sticking stuff in your ears that you shouldn’t. Once done empty the contents and clean the unit. Storage is as described

Arrived on time. Well made. Seemed to function as shown. Removed very little, if any, wax. I ended up returning it

This product is amazing. I wish i had taken pictures. But then again maybe it’s a good thing from what all came out Lol. I have been in construction a long time and had not really cleaned my ears like this ever. I thought i could hear so food from it. I followed the instructions. Used warm water. I then rinsed out my ear with the tool. At 1st i didn't really see much come out. Then i used one of the provided q tips. In both ears and i got a large ball of wax out of each. It took all the wax and made it into a large ball. Yes a large ball. Bigger than a BB. After removing that i rinsed again and it was all cleared out. I can actually hear better. Great product.

This is probably the best invention ever. I always had issues with wax impacting my ears. I used this and the amount of gunk that came out was surprising to say the least. I absolutely recommend this. It’s safe, easy to use, and comfortable because at has different strength modes for spray. The way it funnels the dirty water in a separated tank is a plus for sure! Feels like great quality, light to handle for a great seal around the ear so it doesn’t make a mess. It charges easily with a USBC cable. Worth every penny.
