When my son had the worst diaper rash he’s ever had, this cream made a huge difference. I noticed a real improvement very quickly, and ever since then, he has never had an irritation that severe again. In our case, I use it together with the Active Skin Repair spray, and that combination has worked incredibly well for us. I still keep this cream on hand at all times, and now I mainly use it for his overnight diaper, when I want a stronger, longer-lasting barrier. During the day I usually use a lighter cream, but when I want real protection and support for irritated skin, this is the one I trust most. What I like most is that it truly feels like a serious barrier cream. The texture is thick, it stays in place well, and it works fast when you really need it. I also really appreciate that it has 40% zinc oxide and is fragrance free and hypoallergenic, because for that area I prefer straightforward formulas without unnecessary extras, especially when sensitive skin is involved. The only thing to keep in mind is that it is definitely harder to remove than lighter diaper creams, but honestly, that is not a downside for me. That thicker texture is part of what makes it so effective. For me, this is not just another diaper cream to keep around “just in case.” It is the one I reach for when things get serious, and it has absolutely earned a permanent place in our home.

Best diaper rash cream. My daughter has sensitive skin so she has gotten diaper rashes quite frequently since birth. This is the only cream that I have gotten that actually helps. It is expensive compared to others but it's worth it since it works.

Literally the ABSOLUTE best. I use this for my son and daughter and it clears up rashes overnight. I also throw on a little bit of athletes foot powder and boom it’s gone. This is the ONLY rash cream I will be using!

THIS IS THE BEST STUFF EVER! I am a large woman and get heat rash easily in the summer months with the extra sweat, dirt from outdoor activity and spicy/salty foods. This paste is great as a preventative it doesn't have a fishy smell like Desitin or other zinc creams. It is expensive BUT a little goes a long way, it really is a thick paste. It also works great on baby's diaper rash...my great grandchild was red as a beet and this worked wonders in a couple days! It heals almost any rash and is VERY soothing and protective. I have even used it on my chickens!

I would give this item 100 stars if I could !!! We have been dealing with antibiotic yeast rashes, and nothing else was working, so I finally looked online and this was recommended. I purchased off of Amazon since I could not find it in store. I absolutely will not recommend anything else. This is top-notch number one highly recommend. Her rash was making her uncomfortable and crying. We use this on top of the medication that she was prescribed from the doctors office and the rash was subsiding within 6 to 12 hours and within 24 hours almost fully gone.

This product works great. My daughter’s rash became horrible very quickly and this cleared it up in 48 hours of continued use. It’s pricey but well worth it.

This is THE ointment for severe diaper rash. Nothing else compares. My 12-18m child has gotten a few really bad rashes surrounding illness, and slathering this on for a few days is the only thing that helps to calm and heal. We like to be sure the area is clean (using only paper towel and water when really bad), dry, and then load this on like frosting all over any red areas. Takes a full day or two, but keeping those red areas covered allows the skin underneath to heal. I don't wish diaper rash on anyone, but if you're there, get this cream.

My redheaded baby has very sensitive porcelain skin! The moment she poops, she’s red. She woke up with horrible chemical burn rashes from trying a new diaper brand. She had two big wet blisters that wouldn't heal until this ointment. Idk why all creams aren’t made like this. This healed her in two days! The ointment actually stays on the skin! It’s thick and exactly what a diaper cream should be. BUY IT!!!
