Can be used outside and have metal catch that holds well. Many cheap all plastic Zip Ties fail to hold when torque is applied to the object they are supposed hold in place. I frequently use these for temporary construction projects outside.

These are quality tie wraps that lock firmly and surely. Very easy to one hand if you know what I mean where the cheap crap is almost impossible due to being, well cheap crap. I bought these hoping I could one hand them and they work great and are dependable. I didn't have a single failure or slip.

Good quality product with metal locking tab that doesn't break like the cheap plastic tabs. Have used this product for over 20 yrs in Aviation maintenance as well. Can't go wrong with Thomas & Betts products
