I consider this a great bargain for the variety of ingredients and amount of each ingredient. Most other products don't give you enough of the ingredient to realize any benefit from the ingredients. I did my research and the ingredients in these capsules meet and/or exceed the amounts necessary to mimic results observed in laboratory and clinical testing. Capsules aren't tiny like tictacs, but they're easy to swallow and small enough not to induce a gag reflex. Overall, I think it's a great product and will continue to buy more when I run out.

I thought this would be great for me, but I feel no difference or see any difference waisted my money

After finishing one bottle, I have no complaints, I like the way I've been feeling. Some reviewers need to note that the MFG date on the bottom of the bottle is not an expiration date - those are 2 different things. I seen someone mention it but there's no way to comment under reviews so please note that the MFG date is when the product was first produced. I don't know if I'll buy again though as I paid $12.95 before and now it's $19.99.

Having never tried sea moss or black seed oil, or bladderwrack for that matter, I decided to try this. I regularly take turmeric, and it seems to help my bad knees that were injured in an accident. This multi-supplement is packed with healthy and helpful ingredients, and it’s made right here in the USA! I found a manufacture date on the bottom but did not see any expiration date. I just began taking this and like it so far. The capsules, recommended at 2 per day, are easy to swallow although probably slightly larger than many capsules. I have one capsule pictured atop a US Dime for size reference. The way my schedule has been, I have taken these about 1.5 hours before I was able to take any food. I have not experienced any negative effects, no tummy burns, and no aftertaste. There is a lot packed into these but still I find $14.99 for a month’s supply a little steep, especially being on a fixed income. But I take other supplements too, so I might be able to stop some of those and just take this, and that would help cost-wise. It’s too early to attest to any benefits, but so far, I am pleased with this product.

I like the combination of supplements in this product. The recommended dose is 2 capsules per day, preferably with food and water. I take one in the morning with my breakfast and one before bed. I like to take them this way to maximize the absorption into my body. The capsules are easy to swallow and have no taste. I have not experienced any gastrointestinal issues since adding these to my daily routine. I have used several of these supplements individually in the past and welcome the combination in this form. I don't feel a rush of energy or any caffeinated like jitters. What I do notice is that I am not tired in the afternoon and seem more alert. I find that I am able to tolerate the amount of tumeric in these without experiencing the stomach issues I do with other types of tumeric capsules. I hope this review has been helpful.
