Height Increase Insole 3-Layer Air Cushion Heel Insert Lift Shoes Insole for Men and Women Invisible Elevator Adjustable Insoles

I did an experiment, with no shoes or size increases I was 5 foot 7 inches, with shoes I was 5 foot 8 inches with size increases and shoes I was 5 foot 11 inches, they add 3 inches to your hight !!! They were definitely worth buying!! I haven't had them for long but I can't wait to walk around in them!!

It is a great product. Of course if u use all 3 layers, it will be uncomfortable. We are men, we are not used to high heels, right? Suggestion: if u decide to use with your sneakers, just use the main layer.(u cant.not use all the layers in your sneakers. All The layers are supposed to be used on boots). It will help you to get use to. 2 layers are not uncomfortable. 3 layers are very unconfortable.

This can work well for a few occasions and only for a short amount of time. They do give you very good height but wearing them for a long time will become very uncomfortable, and will leave you sore for days. It isn’t clear how to use each part so you can’t use the whole thing, but you can customize the parts to fit your needs which is good.

A little difficult to deal with but it served its purpose

Bought these for my planters fasciitis not height increase. It provided a great deal of cushion for my heal. The PROBLEM is they are to narrow so it creates a feeling that u are walking on the side of ur foot or possibly that u will roll your heel. The heal portion needs to be wider to fill the entire width of the shoe. Also if using for height they ll only really work if you are wearing high tops. Even w 1 height attachment or w none your heal will feel like it's coming out of your regular shoes as your foot is now to high to sit properly in your shoes.

I would not recommend this product to be purchased by anyone who does not plan on ONLY wearing boots or high top sneakers with them. This product was a very cheap version of a height increase insert so I figured I'd give it a try. I frequently wear different types of boots, from Chelsea style to Cowboy to work boots and even at the lowest platform it makes the foot fit very oddly in the shoes. This I could probably over look and get used to it but the major issue is that even with the air cushion heel they are very, very uncomfortable. The are narrow around the edges and you can feel the edges inside your shoes. After a few minutes your heels will begin to ache. I do not recommend, find something better.

I have been wearing a blue rocker orthotic leg brace for almost 2 years. I decided to add these to my shoes just for added comfort. I only used the one piece insole, not the extra wedges. Over a month ago I decided to stop wearing my leg brace. I have not needed it since. I bought a second pair of these for other shoes.. They have literally been life changing for me!! They a super comfortable and I put on a pair of shoes without them and could immediately feel the difference. I don't think I can ever wear a pair of shoes without these now.. I should mention when I say shoes, I mean sneakers. I do not wear dress shoes etc due to so many issues with my foot. I am sure they would work well in work boots, dress boots, winter boots, hiking shoes, and sneakers.. I would highly recommend.

Good , i have got it in egypt , it good for highest tall … it good for half-boot or higher shoes , but not good with the flat shose .
