Used as a replacement when I needed to get a new windshield. Adhesive when on easily and has been holding strong since it was installed. Good kit/option if needing new adhesive.

This item works well. Comes with glass cleaning wipes, extra long adhesive tape to hold a dash cam in place after the pad has been affixed to the windshield, which is a thoughtful touch. Excellent instructions. Everything well laid out and packaged. I only needed one, but this packaging makes it easy to keep the remainder in storage for future use. All in all, I recommend this product without hesitation.

Have this sticky pad for about a year with no issue whatsoever. Its holding my dash camera to the windshield. Ive had no thoughts or worries it will fall in the texas heat. Should most definately hold more weight with the generous surface area.

They have difficulties sticking on cold surfaces

It does exactly what it says. So far, I have no complaints. It was easy to install. I love how it comes with supported strips to use for the first few days to help it stay in place until it is fully secure, which is in about 48 hours. Though, I have been lazy and not taken them off yet, a month later.

IDK what is going on - but these have not worked for me. My small dash cam kept falling down and I pulled the sticker off, cleaned the mount and windshield with alcohol and it just keeps falling down - even overnight when it is cooler. I had to remove my dash cam - it paid for itself after an accident - I removed in case car was totaled - and upon reinstalling and using the double sided stickers - epic fail :(

I cut the pad to replace the existing adhesive in my dash cam. It was the right thickness and stuck very well to my windshield. I've been using it since the summer and it hasn't moved a bit.

This works perfectly for the dashcam. The cheap white adhesive pad did not work. The expensive pattex adhesive pad did not work. Also gel glue did not work. But this black pad holds perfectly. The old adhesive lasted 4 years.
