Best Protein Powder for Active Lifestyles & Sensitive Stomachs
As a surfer and former Division 1 water polo player, I’ve tried countless protein powders looking for something that supports recovery, tastes good, and doesn’t mess with my digestion. This is the only one that checks all the boxes. The ingredients are super clean—just egg whites, coconut, cocoa, monk fruit, and nothing else. No gums, no sweeteners, no weird aftertaste. It blends easily and actually tastes like real food, not chalk or chemicals. I’m really focused on eating whole foods, and this fits perfectly into that lifestyle. It’s light on the stomach, no bloating or gas, and gives me exactly what I need post-surf or after a lift. Highly recommend it for anyone who trains hard and eats clean.

Gentle, unflavored protein powder for my sensitive stomach
I’ve been using this unflavored egg white protein powder for a bit now, and it’s been really easy on my stomach, which is a big win for me. It blends smoothly into smoothies and oatmeal without any weird taste or chalky texture, and I love that it doesn’t overpower whatever I mix it into. What surprised me most is how versatile it is, I’ve even used it for baking no-carb “bread,” and it worked great! No bloating, no heaviness, just a simple, clean protein option that actually fits into everyday meals. If you have a sensitive stomach and want a no-frills protein you can use beyond shakes, this one’s been a solid choice.

The best protein powder ever!!
This stuff is incredible! First of all I appreciate that it’s not over marketed and it’s just a good quality product. You get what you get. The packaging is very simple and the ingredients are even more simple. This never upsets my stomach and it’s such an easy way to add protein to Just about anything. The unflavored vegan one and the unflavored egg white are my favorite because I can mix them into any bowl and smoothing, they dissolve completely and have no taste. I’ve also tried the vanilla egg white and that was good as well, but I’d rather use my own flavors. I would give the stuff 10 stars if I could.

Great tasting natural protein powder
This is an excellent product. It tastes and smells great and blends into an excellent smoothie. Unlike other protein powders, it doesn't have an unpleasant artificial flavor or feel heavy. It's definitely best blended with a mixer or blending bottle. I'm also pretty sure that I'm seeing results from use!

Truly unflavored, easy protein hack!
I’m trying to lose weight and hitting my protein goals isn’t always easy, but this egg whites–only protein powder really helps. It’s truly unflavored and not chalky at all, which is a big win. I can mix it into smoothies, oatmeal, or even other foods and it doesn’t change the taste. Two tablespoons give you 15g of protein, so it’s an easy way to add protein without extra junk or weird flavors. If you want a simple, clean protein powder that actually blends well and tastes like nothing, this one does the job.

Wow, that's a punch of coconut
After a few times drinking this, the sucker punch to the mouth of coconut lessens, but it's still there. Takes a bit more shaking than other protein powders to blend, and while it recommends mixing it with milk, I find it tastes better with water and a few ice cubes. Cuts out some of the richness and makes it go down easier. This stuff is waaaaaaaay more expensive than I'd ever planned on spending on protein powder, but it doesn't have artificial sweeteners or soy, so I'll take what I can get. No stomach aches, no nausea, no bloating. I've been using this stuff not quite daily for about two months. It's helped me get over a plateau at the gym. Over all, good product. Just wish it wasn't so expensive.

Too pricey and coconut is high fodmap
Its kinda crazy when I looked to buy this a few years back it was only $34.99. I know prices have gone up, but wow it's the same amount of product for more than $30 more. And yes, one can argue it has good clean ingredients. That it does, however if you have any fodmap issues. I've learned that coconut is high fodmap. So this product may be easy for some people to digest, but if you have any fodmap issues, coconut may cause you terrible gass and bloating. It has for me. And honestly at 15 grams of protein per serving its hardly enough. So I doubled up the serving and double up on stinky gas from the coconut ingredients. 😅 ugh and of course it is not returnable. So make sure it's something you can digestive without issues before you buy it.

Truly different protein powder
This is hands down the best tasting, most easily digested protein supplement I have ever tried. I used to be able to drink just about any protein supplement but after dealing with a nasty case of SIBO and histamine intolerance I found that virtually any protein supplement made me sick whether it be whey isolate with no lactose, hydrolyzed whey, any and all plant based protein powders - you name it, I tried it and they all made me sick EXCEPT this one! It has a short, clean, and high quality ingredient list, too. It does require the use of a blender. I use an immersion blender and it's quick and easy. I haven't tried a shaker cup. There is a bit of foam after blending but I stir it after blending and it folds in the foam and gives it a nice light and sort of airy texture like meringue has been folded in. There are zero clumps if it's blended. It's lightly sweet, which I very much appreciate and monk fruit is an ideal sweetener. The vast majority of protein powders out there are cloyingly sweet to the point of being disgusting. This has a very light and pleasant sweetness and tastes faintly of coconut and vanilla. I add some pumpkin spice to it and it tastes reminiscent of egg nog in a way. It's the most delicious protein powder I've ever had. The one and only con is the price. It's very expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for. If you are like me and rely on protein powder to supplement your daily intake and have sensitive digestion, this is a very good option.
