My First BOB Books COLLECTION Box Set [Alphabet & Pre-reading Skills] [24 Books] (Age 2 and Up)

Ordered these for my two year old that is extremely interested in alphabet/words. This is a great intro to pre-reading. He loves the characters and the simple stories. He sat in my lap and requested I "read another one" for over 30 minutes.

Gave to my grandchildren.

I used these during the week with my 2 year old and she is really enjoying them. They are simple and not too overwhelming. As a mom and someone who use to teach I love these books.

I REALLY like Bob books. I actually bought the first set of book for my daughter back in 1998. She was reading very well before she entered Kindergarten. I think it gave her a love of books and allowed her to have confidence in reading before entering school. I just brought the second set of books for my grand daughter. She loves them too! She has all of the electronic gadgets like most children today, but she really enjoys sitting down with these books, earning her stickers and using the book marks. There is just no substitute for spending this time together and learning to read.
