Great incubator! Very reliable

I bought one of these loved it so much I ended up buying another one. I would highly recommend this to anybody that is looking to raise their own chicks.. Hope this is helpful. Very easy to use, it rotates the eggs, and you can let the chicks stay in the incubator for a few days. I also placed these chicks under hens that are brewing.

We did not know how good this incubator would be when we purchased it but decided to give it a tribe because we like some of the features the app worked just fine on my iPhone. It alerted me when there was a humidity issue or temperature issue it rotated the eggs over four hours like it was supposed to. We would occasionally do it more often with the button. The humidity level was not hard to control. You just need to check the water daily. I am including a picture of our first hatch out of 16 eggs we had 12 hatch. We are very pleased with it. The only problem I had was figure this one out our assurian warranty got lost, and we never were able to receive it. I don’t know quite how to get that one corrected. How do you cancel the warranty that you didn’t receive and that’s not the vendor’s fault.

I like this product as humidity is right where it’s supposed to be and temp too. Different settings for different eggs. I like the turn table automatically except the light flashes all the time so that’s annoying at night. What I didn’t like is when you turn the eggs it flips a few of them up on ends going around and it’s not a soft landing for some of the eggs. It should also have a small cover where you add water as dust or other debris can get into the water. Overall it seems like a good product ive only had it a couple days so in a months time I can really know how it functions.

Incubator works great. After 21 days 90% hatch rate. Humidity was easy to control. The only recommendation I have isn’t explained well in the manual. The water inlet has a hole with to plastic ridges on each side, one higher than the other. Fill to the top of the left side and monitor everyday for the first 18 days at lockdown fill to the top of the ridge on the right. There is a vent on the clear plastic dome just under the wires that connect to the incubator, close for until the 18th day and open fully for the last 3 Also set the unit up and let us run for 24-48hrs before use and use a thermometer to make sure the incubator is accurate. The app also works great. If you use manual mode you can adjust from app and monitor days, temp and humidity

Update May 2024 Dropped the stars from 4 stars down to 2 stars because I’ve done 2 more hatches in this incubator after the first review. Another 12 eggs and then 16 eggs. I’ve had less than 50% hatch rate on all 3 hatches. No major temp fluctuations but humidity is a problem. The humidity rises suddenly with out water being added. So then I open the vent to bring it down a bit but then it drops below the set humidity. I have used other incubators with out this issue and with 80% hatch rates. I don’t know what the issue is with my unit but will not be using it anymore. Good incubator and I really like that it’s easy to use and has a handy app. It keeps temperature very well but the humidity is not so great. I constantly have to keep checking on humidity. I added 2 Bluetooth hygrometers to try keep the correct humidity. I did have a few humidity drops while I was at work, thankfully someone is usually home to add water. The noise on this machine is a bit louder than the other 2 I have used in the past, but nothing too bad. From the 12 eggs I put in, 11 were fertile, 8 made it to Lockdown and only 5 hatched. Over all this is a good machine at a decent price. Hopefully the next batch has a better hatch rate.

Bought this about a year ago still works great. Hatched out a little over a hundred chickens so far, so I guess I'm a chicken farmer now. Could be easier to clean, it's not hard or complicated to clean by any means, but hatching chicks is a messy business.

This incubator is fool proof. I hatched 2 broods in this one and it couldn’t have been easier. With concisely written instructions to the ability to monitor the stars on your phone at anytime, I love this incubator. Not noisy and has held up perfectly to my usage being 2 consecutive broods.
