Product is good but they give damaged product even box also damaged

We recently purchased dr trust nebuliser and this is very helpful for my child and my elder daughter and easy to use and best in size to carry.

mist density to be improved
the mist density is not as that much. every flow control i checked not of use. where as the same item i purchased some year back is of good mist density.
