Definitely helps with muscle recovery, however.....
The product I received was genuine, and without any damage. Regarding the products effectiveness, I found it most useful as a post-workout recovery tool. The vasodilation that occurs, helps repair/heal the muscles through better blood circulation, and Nitric Oxide delivery to the muscles. I found that a dosage of 2000 mg or 4 pills to be the most effective. Two pills in the morning, and two post-workout. Even during split training, i.e. working out twice a day, I was able to fully recover by the next day.
