I recommend resding this book
A very well written book. Recommend everyone interested in setting up the right processes to read it. My respect for the Toyota management has really gone up after reading this book. Style of writing makes it easy to read. Excellent examples which highlight the Totyota Produtiom System philosophy thoroughly.

Awesome read
A geat book to understand the lean philosophy. It unlocks our mind from the conventional perception of operations and quality. In my opinion, this is a must read book for those who wants to make contributions towards development of customer oriented organisation.

Excellent book for people who want inspiration to build a successful organisation and learn about important tools and principles of lean manufacturing

Good reading!
This book makes for very interesting reading, especially the description of how Toyota manufactured the Prius and Lexus. I haven't finished it but it is definitely interesting material. There is another book called "How Toyota Changed the World" by Dennis Chambers which is equally good. Both these are worth owning.
