After 20 days use I can say Product is super awesome I can see change in my body reduced 2.5kg till now and I can 100% guarantee with normal meals and daily workout schedule you will be able to lose 5 kg or more in a month .also it help in increasing metabolism and build up your stamina while working out.1tab before or after morning meal and 1 tab 15 minute before workout. Very dangoures to use
Pls see the expiry date, I was purchased on 19th nov 2022, it's 180 capsule, more then campare to the expiry date , pls I m check to late , give me new product

Supplement nearing expiry date delivered!
I got a product which was manufactured in Dec-2017.And the expiry date is Dec-2020.So there is only 1-year to use these 180 gels.Using CLA daily is proved medically to be dangerous for the heart.Terribly disappointed.Most of the items sold on Amazon have tampered expiry date.The dealers whose products dont see change the expiry date by using stickers over the original manufacturing and expiry dates.So if we are buying costly or rare supplements we can expect this.This is the second instance on Amazon where this has happened to me.There has to be some procedure where we dont get products which are nearing expiry.

Giving it a shot
I have used a bottle and I like seeing result of this product made on my body well one of my trainer had recommended this to me and no doubt this product is good for fat reduction. I take this morning empty stomach and den go for workout

This is an amazing product for fat loss. Conditions Applied though.
Well packaged, good concentration of CLA in it. Has 1000mg of CLA mixture per capsule (It's not 1000mg CLA per capsule) but either way, 4 capsules a day for me and it's shredding fat crazy fast. Coupled with a good caloric deficit diet and regular exercise, this product is a beast. Go for it without a second thought if you've embarked on your fitness journey. Just remember, there's no shortcuts, you gotta eat right and exercise so you can be in a caloric deficit, CLA will help mobilize materials and emphasize a little more on the fat loss process, which on the long term is a blessing, but diet is always the most important aspect of fat loss. guys if you are saying its not working 4 u ..then probably you are using it in wrong way..before using it 1st know how &when to consume..let me inform you ,if you are more than 10kg overweight and not working out its not gonna work for you.
