Perfect mirror for putting on makeup!
This mirror worked perfect. Since I wear bifocal glasses, I use these types of mirrors on my medicine cabinet doors, to be able to more easily put on makeup, tweeze eyebrow hairs, etc. Over time, the suction cups eventually lose their suction and the mirror falls and breaks. I love the fact that this mirror is not only a stronger magnification than I could find in the past, but it also comes with a backup set of suction cups. So the mirror should last longer. I’m very happy with this purchase!

Small & Very Zoomed in
Giving it 5 stars because it does what it’s supposed to. However I will be returning because it’s unusable for my purpose. I wanted it to apply mascara but with this mirror, in order to see into it properly it needs to be super close to your face. So close it’s near impossible to have the mascara wand in front of it. And it’s so small you can barely see one eye from it when you’re close enough to see through it. I can see this being good for tweezing hair from your face since you’ll be able to see every follicle well. Haven’t tried the suction cups but this is tiny enough to travel with in your purse.

Distorted, Blurry Reflection
Disappointing product. The reflection is distorted and blurry, making it ineffective as a mirror. If it can’t mirror properly, it serves no purpose.

Good mirror, not good tweezers
Mirror is as expected - nice magnification, lightweight with thin, plastic frame, slips into small makeup bag easily (which is where I’ve always kept a mirror like this). I recently dropped the one I’d had for many, many years, and the mirror shattered. This one is nearly an exact replacement. Local big box store currently only carries one with a small built in light (bulkier and the light is terrible), so I ordered this one, and am happy with it so far. Unfortunately, the tweezers, are not of very good quality. Although I wasn’t in need of them, I thought it would be nice to have an extra pair. However, after trying them, I will *not* be using them for personal care. I’m attaching a photo to compare the La Cross set I use (nearly daily) to these. The tweezers from this set have a flat, but rather sharp edge to the tips (grasping end), which causes more of a skin grab than just hair, and they pinch fat too easily. I tested them before the review, and although quite careful, I still feel irritation of the skin where I used these. It’s not simply because I was tweezing, as I pluck a hair or two from my brows almost daily, so I don’t get irritated like someone who isn’t accustomed to it. It’s solely because of the unrefined edge of these tweezers. When I took the photo of the two, side-by-side, it was evident why they feel so different. The La Cross pair are more angled on the inside and are polished, but still provide adequate grip. I hope the photo uploads at a decent enough quality to be able to see the differences. The ones from this set are on the left, and the La Cross set are on the right (you can see the paint wearing away from use). So, the ones that came with this set will be relegated to either the craft room or the tool box. I’m sure they’ll be useful in one of those places, as long as I’m careful to not gouge or scratch anything.

A Perfect Example - when SMALLER = BETTER
Bought 3 different magnifying mirrors to use when tweezing random "old lady" hairs, in addition to applying false lashes. Unfortunately regular strength mirrors no longer cut it. That said, I realized the light-up mirrors were overkill, just got these $6 cheapies - one I stuck to tile in my bathroom for close-up jobs &the other I'll keep as a moving around spare. You don't need to drop $25 when a $6 solution will do. These little guys are perfect for what I needed, good quality, good suction ... I highly recommend.

Does The Job!
This magnifying mirror is exactly what I needed- I’m legally blind and need a strong magnification- It is small but that’s ok for me- I use it primarily for tweezing my eyebrows- You can only see one eye at a time, but it gets up really close- Thank You😊
