So I am writing a 2nd review and the only reason I am giving this a 5 star is because the product is amazing on its own wheather you talk about its look the cooling is good rgb is good most of all its working all well so far so if you are interested in this product i would give it 5 star and suggest you to go to near by tech shop and buy it while checking it there as the product is shipped in box without and foam or any kind of protection so it will end up broken when it reach you most of the time so buy it from a shop and test everything but the product is really good and for everything else i may give 2 or 3 star at most because at 1st I recieved a damaged product as there was no protection for the product like foam bubble wrap nothing just the product its very clear most of the product may end up broken when it reach the customer so for me the rgb strip was broken in between i fixed it somehow even though the crack was visible if you focus but then when i connected it didn't work it was going on and off on its own as the rgb strip was broken the power supply was getting disturbed but this is the bad thing they won't return your money no matter what and i don't think they will replace it if your product is not physically damaged like at first i tried to replace it on amazon clicking on option that the product is not working they just gave me some trouble shoot advice and nothing else or talk to manufacturer and when I tried to talk to them they said they can't solve these issue online and suggested me to visit nearest service center lucky for me though service center was near my location but still there is not guarantee that they will replace or fix it so i was really upset about that but then i saw another option that if i have received a damaged product then i clicked on that it asked me for 3 pics of the damaged product i uploaded it then amazon connected me with amazon service center the guy was really nice and solved my issue in just few minutes after checking the photo that i uploaded of my damage product then i got the replacement the very next day and it was working really nice. So the only thing i want to tell anyone who is watching my review is that 1. The product itself is very good in all aspects 5 star for that. 2. There is a high chance you will recieve a damaged product at first as they don't have any protection inside the box for the product. 3. You won't get your money back no matter what kind of product you will recieve. 4. It's hard to get a replacement too if your product is not physically damaged and just not working at most they will ask you to reach nearest zebronics service center and get it checked or something like that. 5. If your product is physically damaged then it would be really easy for you to replace it just click the option of broken product recieved they will ask you to upload some pics after that they will help you to connect a call to the service center and once that guy see's the pic he will just help you get it replaced not return in my case rgb strip was broken and it was clearly visible even though the damage was little but still it get replaced. So my final suggestion would be please buy this product as it is very nice but buy it from a nearby store don't order it online.

Like another reviewer mentioned, this design is not for every laptop. Previously I was using a cheap 500 rupees dual fan cooler that I surrounded it with foam to give a similar effect like this one and that was performing better than this cooler. I think a custom foam cut out will give better performance.With the stock foam design, some of the air vents get blocked. Otherwise build quality, airspeed is good. Maybe airpressure is not that good cuz of the filter or maybe fan design. Even at the lowest speed, a constant noise is there which I personally think, gets annoying after a while My previous cooler was better in terms of noise, or performance. Just that its was not for a 17.3 inch laptop. Not a fan of RGB, but the fan control I very much like. And the front tabs securely holds the laptop unlike my previous cooler. Lots of issues this cooler solved from my previous one, but cooling is affected in this one. I'll get some foam and try to make a custom cut out for my laptop. Lets see whether it performs better after some modifications. For now this cooling pad is not cooling that much for me. And maybe a higher RPM fan or one with better airpressure will give better performance. Rest of the features are like any other cooling pad. For the features I would give 5 stars, but for just the cooling, 2 stars. Edit: Do not buy this A cheap modified dual fan cooler will be a better investment No matter what u do, this one cannot cool your laptop sufficiently Maybe a non gaming laptop, but it cannot cool a gaming laptop I don't know whats wrong, maybe cuz it's single fan or maybe cuz of the filter or maybe cuz for the air pattern, aerodynamics, but this just looks expensive, but useless in terms of the main function it's supposed to perform I have tried custom foam patterns, custom airflow patters but it's not sufficient cooling Their is a difference of 5-8C degrees of difference between my dual fan Rs500 and this one, albeit the Rs.500 one is cooler then this I think that a dual fan has better aerodynamics then this single fan one with all the bells and whistles I think dual fan is the best for laptops with central intake And multiple fans for dual side intake Single fan not so aerodynamic unless it's a blower style This cooler is causing my laptop to cross the 80C mark, sometimes nearing 90C @1100RPM But my Ra. 500 one is 80C at the max, at 600RPM SO DONT BUY THIS JUST CUZ IT'S LOOKS FANCY FOR A GAMING LAPTOP ITS A COMPLETE NO Tried everything BTW....

Only cooling pad which is not a gimmick, Works well for Lenovo loq i7 13700hx , rtx 5060, when playing rdr2 on max setting I get 72-75 celcius avg temp while max temp at around 93 which used to be around 99 and also fan speed is kept to 700, will definitely recommend.

This is incredible if you know what you are doing. I had a two way usb lying around. I connected both and I am always running this guy at max rpm without issue. Single charger is not enough power. If you go with single charger. I would suggest to get a 25 or 30w. DO NO PLUG INTO YOUR LAPTOP. This is power hungry. IT. WILL. CHOKE. YOUR. LAPTOP. POWER. But I know what I am doing so 10/10. Recommended? Obviously yes. This thing is worth every rupees. And 10/10 for quality. Temperature is lower by 20 degrees. Incredible airflow (if you set it up right. Ignore the 3.7 stars. I rate it 11/10. And this thing is massive. It will fit any laptop. 10/10 for gaming as well.

Great product ignore all bad reviews just go for it if u have a gaming laptop it will reduce about 10 degrees under load

Getting turned off and restart automatically. When you increase the speed or when you change the light it turns off. Every 10 seconds turns off. Unreliable and after spending 2k this is what product is. For Replacement you need to raise ticket at Zebronics. So Amazon has no part to play in that. Again stressful process. I raised ticket for technical support lets see.

Zebronics is a good company that has imitations of good product which makes economical sensible in most cases. Since it is economical, the question will be where they cut corners in that particular product. Positives Is it a nice product? Yes. It does its job? Yes and really good at it. It is a copy of llano cooler fan with 10 percent its price makes its economical good purchase. RGB is bright , fans work at said speed with less noise Negative Not suitable for any laptops beyond 16". Even though you can place a larger laptop, but you will have to remove the foam ( the only reason you are buying this cooler) to make it do its job. The metal that is used to raise the laptop that locks on to plastic frame does not have good contact with each other ' may cause physical damage' on the product If they opt for a thicker plastic mold for the frame that raises the product it would be a perfect design. The product is atleast 2 times the size of the intended laptop models. Only 2 usb slots. 1 of those is used for powering the cooler itself. 1st one i bought had a faulty power switch that cannot be turned off. I requested for a replacement and the replaced product was a faulty one( fan leaf skipping from the motor so, it won't work). Sadly I had to opt for a refund. For this price, if you are patient and get a good working one buy it.
