Great value for the money. Help complete the job it was intended for. Recommend reading instructions to use it correctly.

Purchased because even the strongest magnet couldn’t find a stud behind the fake wood paneling downstairs. Was skeptical after reading a bunch of online posts that said if a strong magnet won’t work, then nothing will. Still had to try as I am installing a tv mount, wall mount cat shelving, etc. Right out of the box (after I put the battery in correctly), I went straight to the wall, slid it across/up and down and it detected the stud immediately. Very happy.

Stud finder was spot on

Sort of does the job but went back to using my 20 year old stud finder as this one gets confused very easily which resulted in about 20 unnecessary screw/drill holesIt works about 50% of the time which isnt the best

Works as advertised

The media could not be loaded. DON'T BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK. According to this stud finder...my walls have NO studs. Occasionally I've located a stud but if you want to find the nearest stud or every stud, you can forget it. Didn't work right out of the box. However, I was in the middle of a large project and didn't take time to research and return this piece of junk. Now that I've researched and tested over and over, I'm certain it's not operator error. Of course, too late to return for a refund. I've attached a video clip showing it in Stud and Deep Mode.... neither work.
