CME TRS MIDI Cable 4-Pack - TRS Type A (3.5mm - 1/8”) to 5-pin DIN, 2FT / 60CM, Low-profile - Right Angle Ultra-Thin Plugs for Compact Spaces - Ideal for Synths & Pedalboards

These external 3.5mm to 5 pin DIN midi cable work great with my 3.5mm stereo output jack midi gear. The functionality of these is great particularly the right angle plugs on the 3.6mm jacks as they prevent the plugs being easily snagged and or snapped off whilst the straight 5 pin din plugs make the easy to attach of remove from the old midi gear. They'll be great for some of the Korg gear or the Polyend Tracker just with I had one to try them with.

I used two of these 2 go from the 3.5mm midi outs on the back of my Torso T-1 sequencer to the midi in’s on a behringer edge and a behringer grind. When I hit play on the sequencer, it starts the edge going and I disabled the sequencer on the grind so I can sequence it from the T-1. All works very well and they are nice compact cables that keep out of the way nicely, which is good with the top mounted midi ports on the behringers.

I use these to connect my seaboard rise 2 to my Hydrasynth desktop. Work perfectly and take up very little space for very little money

CME makes great Midi products! These cables are no different. Definitely great value for the money. The build quality is solid. This was exactly what I needed for my midi connection solution. The TRS type a connection is perfect for small tabletop, synthesizer or drum machines that use a smaller midi input or output. I use these cables to connect my mini synths to my midi hub and other midi controlled equipment. My only critique is that I do wish the cable size was a little thicker, however, it does work well in my set as far as cable routing is concerned. I would definitely recommend this product to all of my musician friends!
