The 1/2-inch thick baking tray allows you to cook bacon and eggs, juicy burgers or sizzling fajitas with rice and vegetables for the whole family. It is equipped with two U-shaped burners (made of 304 stainless steel) that each offer 18,000 BTU of cooking power for a total of 36,000 BTU on the 1000 cm2 stainless steel cooking surface. Improved control knobs ensure a stable and reliable flame with every start. A large grease tray with a hole in the center directs the grease to the drip tray underneath for easy cleaning. This gas hob is made entirely of 304 grade stainless steel and includes a stainless steel lid to cover the hob when not in use. Review: We love this griddle! It took us a long time to find a griddle to replace our old built in island grill. This fits the spot almost perfectly. The overall width and depth is great, but it is about 4” shallower than the grill so we have to DIY something to fill the gap. Review: heats up quickly and evenly. easy to clean and keep clean. The grease pan is a little clunky make sure it does not get too full.

This is not a high end unit. Also there is no stainless steel sleeve that fits the 28 inch size. Stanbroil does not make a sleeve for this grill. You will need to fabricate one on your own or make sure your outdoor kitchen is only made of non flammable material.

So only had one hick up with the griddle and was just a broken weld on the lid. This came this way from the manufacturer not from shipping. (shipping box was in good condition) but I contacted the seller and they got back to me very quickly with options we could do. Here are some quick perks about it The griddle has 1/4 stainless steel griddle and has a really well built body. The griddle instructions are ok could use some more illustrations for the propane and natural gas disk to switch from one to the other. Also the gas connection is on the back right corner and you get like 3/8 of a inch to hide it unless you are hiding it in a wall or cabinet. This is the only negative thing about this griddle and the only reason I gave it 4 out of 5. Overall it is a great griddle for the price I would recommend

Based product on information given and then received product that an island that was built would not work because of the unknown clearance. Requested to purchase a liner and company will not respond!
