Nice product but bad customer support. I have been trying to get service centre address in Mysore but not getting proper response. Before purchasing the customer support said they have a service centre in Mysore. But i really doubt if they have one.

Battery charging
They say 4-5 hrs it takes 9 hrs for batteries to fully charge . If you are going to charge for 9 hrs when are you going to ride it. It’s a hopeless product try and avoid it. Buy something better
