I have no words for this Bible! It’s everything you can imagine and need in one. I’ve had this now for a little over 2 years and Theres no tears, bending, scratching. It’s perfect for women and it guides you perfectly through scripture. Hardback for amazing support, 2 tassels so you can study and read if you want, thicker than normal pages so you can highlight and anotate. I know of at least 3 people who bought this Bible after I recommended it and they’re as happy as me. I will definitely buy again!

An Update 6 months later - I actually read the whole Bible for the first time in my life! That's more than anything I could ask for including the wish list I have here. I think this format is the jackpot - Yes there are a few things I wish it had see below list( updated). I don't know if the publishers track the reviews, but I might potentially request a custom print with my suggestions in the future if the publishers would consider it..... --------------- This bible came to me at a time when my faith was wavering, I actually considered cancelling this order and had sent a mail to the seller. Fortunately I decided to keep it. This is truly an amazing bible. From the Kintsugi theme(Japanese art of piecing together broken ceramic with gold such that the reassembled piece is looks better than the old and is functional again). The NIV version is much easier to read, I can see why I could never complete reading the KJV bible versions. The print is also comfortable at 9pt not large and not small. Just right for people who don't have too high a reading lens prescription number. The verse mapping/journaling/coloring and other interactive pages allow you to get hands on with the bible. I also like the length to width ratio as the book stays nicely open on your lap whether you are on a table/desk/couch. It also has some additional features like introduction to the books, some reading schedules, etc. I also think its not too big to carry while travelling. I have no regrets. I converted the contents page into a book reading tracker which I was able to colour as part of my schedule. Suggestions for Improvements. 1. Index coloring on edges would be useful so that index tabs need not be bought. Or introduce some system for easy sifting back and forth. 2. The introduction to the books are better suited at the beginning of the book. 3. A few maps in the middle/end would have been great. 4. A few infographics would be great. 5. A timeline would have been amazing. ----- 6. A few blank pages before the Old testament and New and after the book of revelation. 7. The verse mapping thicker pages could be substituted with cards for maps, cut and paste images or quotes, timelines, infographics in a pocket at the end of the book, which could serve a bookmarks. Or allow for a system so Printouts/ pictures can be inserted or kept in a pocket e.g. I wanted to keep a printout of the gospel of Thomas at the end for reference. 8. There is potentially to increase the breadth of the book by 2-3 cm without affecting this form factor. 9. I wish they had the Deuterocanonical books. 10. A way to scan a passage with a phone and see various translations, commentaries. Its then possible to interact by hand and also use online resources. 11. Have wide enough space in margins so pictures/art can be printed out cut and pasted. Am presently still reading it. Will add any further impressions updates once I complete it.

Absolutely love my first ever bible. Wish there were faint lines in the margins for straight writing when taking notes. Lovely bible and good quality, would still recommend

I’m reading the whole bible and I didn’t have high hopes for this bible as it’s only cheap but baught so I could do lots of scribbling. But it’s lasted SO well!! So much room for lots of notes, I really have USED this bible and it’s not showing any signs of wear. I love it 😊
