These work great for homemade bread and buns! I follow a carnivore diet and wanted to make my own kolaches (yes, I am crazy, but it works for me). They turned out great, and I had no issues with the bread molds. My one bit of advice is to hand-wash them because you do get a bit of a film from dish detergent in the dishwasher. Other than that, try them and enjoy!

Absolutely love these for making homemade buns. Being diabetic and making my own bread and buns is a HUGE win Very flexible, easy to clean and my bread doesn’t stick.

This was awful for baking. They held too much moisture to cook bread well, but they're an amazingly perfect size for freezing single-serve soups, chilis, and broths! I freeze in these, label a ziplock, and just add the frozen bricks in the ziplock. When I want one bowl of soup, I just grab a single brick and heat.

Very nice molds that are of good quality. Easy to fill and clean and they aren't sticky, so the bread comes right out. The only downside is it needs ventilation holes as the steam build up can cause the sides to become a bit gummy, especially if you are having to cook gluten free. If you need a mold for gluten free recipes I would look for one with ventilation holes as GF flours are more starchy and hold more water.

I love this silicone pan. Handles my dough really well, even when it's runny. Finished buns pop out easily, with minimal cleanup.

I was very impressed with how well made and how well this hotdog mold works, especially for the price. It was very easy to use and clean and it cooked the hot dog rolls perfectly. I saw a few reviews saying the it did not release after baking but I was very pleased that the first time I tired to use it the roils practically fell out, as you can see from the video, I could not have hoped for it to be any more non-stick.. Being my first time making hot dog rolls I put too much dough in the molds (you should only use about 3 oz., I used 3.8 oz. ) the rolls came out perfectly, light, fluffy and soft, if not a bit large. I would highly recommend the GDDGCUO Hot dog roll mold / baking pan!
