Great watch, great value. I have had this watch for over a year now and it has been great. Connects to my apple phone with no issue and I love how I can change face from the dozens and dozens of choices on their app. I am a blue collar worker and really beat this thing up and it has held up with no issue.

Working great but doesn’t track blood pressure

It does everything that it says, sleep tracking, stress tracking, blood oxygen level, heart rate plus many more. It comes with 2 bands, one rubber and one cloth, i use the cloth band and it is highly adjustable for a perfect fit. I also like that i can upload any picture to use as my background.

Sorry, cannot recommend this product. Nice packaging and received it fast, The directions are not clear for set up. Screen are difficult to navigate. Maybe a web site with information would help develop confidence in product and make configuration simpler. There are three different control buttons you have to figure out what does what. There may be a lot of screen faces but you can only download two at a time. Many of the options which give health indications which are incorrect. For example, i have had Fitbit when it came out years ago and switched to IPhones for fit information, I use a stationary, trail bike, in the past and I now mostly use my treadmill for exercise. I have use a Omron blood pressure device daily to monitor my heart for years. (similar to those used in some doctor office) The watch fail me on this, it was more than a quarter of a mile difference than my treadmill distance. That was unacceptable because when I used the other device then were less than a eight of a mile difference over three miles. After about a week I found the screen with the main menu, I keep pressing what I thought was a button my bad, After twenty years as a communication tech it should not have taken me that long. I ran out of patient when I had to touch the watch to see the time, all my other watches would show the time when I turned or adjust my wrist while driving. It would work if I was exercising but there would be a delay. There is probably a setting but at this point I don't care. Within a week that watch failed to receive text message or show incoming calls. Next I notices a major difference in the health readings, worrisome, whats the point of having a smart watch if the data is not valid or you are not confident. After couple weeks i realize that the memory only allows downloading of two watch faces at a time. I like to change depending on my mood, is that to much to ask. My wife changes watchbands when she changes outfits, but I degrees. Finally, last week I had my phone in my pocket after a day of activity and it was not even close to the watch. So I attempted to reset the watch. But that is when the real trouble started. I saw a message that the watch was not communicating withe phone app. So I reloaded to the app and it failed again. The app store has two different apps for the watch so I tried both and neither works or paired to the watch. At this point I figure the watch was confused, so I attempted to reset the watch. Now I had a next level problem. Lets reset watch, which caused the screen to lock, FUBAR. So at this point I set it on charger and next morning and screen still locked. The good news is this all happened within the first thirty days and I could send it back to Amazon. If I had wait another couple weeks, I was told that this is a third party seller which means would had to use another method to return. I really don't have a lot of confidence in seller responding to emails when the product doesn't last 90 days. Note the watch written instructions were in English and what appear to be a Eastern European language.
