This works great! I watched an installation video on YouTube a few times and then easily installed this myself with no problems. It hooks right up to everything, including the rear camera. The Bluetooth works really well, but sometimes takes a few seconds to connect. It's been about 6 months and it's still working great! It's easy to use and the sound quality is excellent.

It’s amazing to finally have a touch screen display screen in the car. The sound quality is over the top especially with all 3 combine. You can also adjust the sound quality if you like. It’s cheaper compared to the other companies I came across selling a display screen. The installation took me 4 hours, so make sure you spare of time. The function are great as you can see in the video I attached. It still uses the car original function and switch back to the original screen with no trouble. My back camera works the same as well. It’s pretty durable and I love it. Make sure you have all the right tools. I have a 2016 Audi Q5 and I needed radio removal key, T20 screwdriver and a 8MM screwdriver as well. Everything else is provided in the bag. You also need to watch a few YouTube videos to understand the full instructions on the paper.

I really liked this upgrade for my Audi Q5 premium plus trim. My car comes with Audi multimedia if this information is helpful for others who will be reading my review. The whole installation took me 5-6 hours (I had no prior experience with automobile electronics and made several time consuming mistakes). The screen is very good and super responsive. The high resolution and seamless integration with the preexisting system is perfect! The only downside is the installation instruction. It can be improved, especially with the language and the video I had to search on YouTube. I had to make some mistakes and go back to fix them. They were easy to figure out but I wish I had clearer instructions to avoid wasting time. For example, how to loop the wires correctly. But overall it’s a solid product, would recommend!

best decision i made on my 2016 audi q5, had a audio tech store nearby install it, they took like 3hours to install tho =/ so it cost me about $500 to install but as time goes on, im so glad i took care of it, im so happy with my car now. it instantly connects to wifi/bluetooth when i turn my car on and at times, if the audio sound isn't present when connected, i just toggle disconnect bluetooth from my iphone and toggle back to connect and it the sound comes right back on. My car looks and feels like a newer model now. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

Purchased for my Q5 and followed instructions and video of the install. And the I drive buttons don’t connect with the CarPlay touchscreen, nor did the audio work with it. Quality seems good never got a chance to try it. For this price I expected it to be a plug and play not a 2 day headache. Install was a pain since it didn’t work. Looks amazing when it’s installed only if it worked.

I got this for Christmas. I have a 2016 q5, It took me about 3 hours to install, but that includes watching installation videos and reading instructions carefully. I made a mistake and didn’t connect a tiny cable. I called customer service and they patiently and professionally walked me through the process and we found the mistake quickly and was resolved in no time. The system works amazing, bright screen, and has more sound options than the original MMI so the sound quality is enhanced when playing music. Definitely will recommend! All the steering wheel controls and center dash knobs and buttons work with the new system as well and you can toggle between the new interface and the old one by pressing “back” for 3 seconds. Super easy! All you need is radio keys for the installation, a t20, 3mm socket wrench or drill, small Phillips head screw driver, everything else is provided in the kit.

Terrible product extremely hard to install and makes stereo on a 2014 Audi Q5 sound terrible.No, true Bluetooth connection, it's all ox.And the only function it has is Android Auto.Nothing else.This is a gimmick, a scam.Do not waste your money!

I have bought probably 15 different CarPlay for my cars and this is the fourth one I’ve tried in this Audi Q5. This one is not just a little bit better than the others, it is far and above the best unit I’ve ever had and it looks amazing. The sound is perfect, the installation was easy and flawless, and it works without any issues.
