The package was a little shy of what I ordered.
While they snap on great with the badges I ordered, one was broken and the package was short one so I was actually had 98 while I needed the entire 100.

Better for Preschoolers
The previous name tags that we used were stiff with the clip attached to the clear pocket. As a result they came off and snapped easily when bumped during play. These are flexible and can be attached directly to a laminated name tag or the clear ID pockets which are designed for these holders. We tried it out this week and they worked well.
