works well, however it is tricky to take off the backing. Other products like this that I have tried, have an easier way to remove the backing.

Item actually works. Pain not completely gone. But it’s manageable and I am amazed how much patch has helped.

This product has been a pleasant surprise. The patches were used on my knees, shoulder and lower back. The patch helped relieve enough pain for me to continue with my sports, walking, biking and weight training. At age 71 we need all the help we can get without surgeries. I must add, when the patch is first put onto an area it is truly hot. It does subside in a few minutes.

I purchased these pads first time worked good. Ordered second time I applied them this morning and wow it was burning hot. I thought it will go away. The whole trip to work burning. Got to work removed and my knees were flaming hot. Can someone explain.
